It's a fantastic tour to Ha Long Bay. It's perfectly organized from A to Z. The evening before, you receive a message (for us it was via WhatsApp) with the day's schedule, what food will be served, and when and where you need to be. The tour itself was great; first, you visit a cave, then you can go kayaking or boating, and afterward, you can swim at the beach or walk up a hill. Before the attractions, there was a buffet, which was super delicious. The ship is very stable; you hardly notice you're at sea. There's a pool and enough clean toilets and showers for everyone. The staff are all excellent, friendly, and very helpful. From the beginning, you're assigned a tour guide who leads a smaller group through all the attractions; we had Jack, and he was truly top-notch. Additionally, we were also looked after by Chris (on the ship). I can also highly recommend booking the bungalow for more privacy.

Our experience on the Dolphin Halong Cruise in Vietnam was nothing short of exceptional. We were looked after by the manager, Chris, who is outstanding in his job. He ensured every part of our journey ran seamlessly, from boarding to dining to our stay in the private bungalow. What impressed us most was his ability to anticipate needs before we even asked, creating a truly effortless and VIP experience. From pick up from the hotel to the docking area, to entrance to the cruise ship, to our VIP buffet table, and to our private bungalow with the most breathtaking view you could imagine. They saw at registration that it was my mom's birthday and they surprised her with a cake accompanied by a birthday song from the performer. The food could feed a country by how many there is to choose from and it is just to die for! The amenities were top-notch with a jacuzzi on the top deck, too. I cannot recommend this very new cruise ship enough. What an amazing experience!

Initially, we were a bit hesitant about doing just a day trip to Ha Long Bay, but the Dolphin Cruise completely changed our minds. This was the elevated, 6-star experience we were looking for during our honeymoon. From the moment we stepped onto the boat, it felt incredibly luxurious. The ship itself is stunning - especially the 360° panoramic lounge and the massive saltwater pool. We loved the buffet lunch (so many fresh seafood options!), and the sunset party with live music on the sundeck was the perfect romantic finale. If you’re on the fence about a day trip, book this one. It felt seamless, high-end, and absolutely worth it. A huge thank you to the crew for making our trip so special!

The buffet was enormous – a variety for everyone. Food was all fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The excursions were well organized, and the scenery exceptional. Lastly, this cruise ship is pure luxury. We had the best day – thank you to all staff.

De principio a fin, toda la experiencia del crucero superó mis expectativas. El personal fue increíblemente acogedor, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, especialmente Cris. Cada detalle estuvo bien organizado y se aseguraron de que todos los huéspedes se sintieran cómodos e informados sobre las actividades diarias. El crucero en sí era absolutamente impresionante: limpio, elegante y muy lujoso. Las comodidades, que incluían la piscina, las áreas de cabañas y el escenario de entretenimiento, estaban bellamente mantenidas y eran perfectas para la relajación. El ambiente era tranquilo durante el día y animado por la noche con excelente música y actuaciones. La comida fue otro punto a destacar: fresca, deliciosa y con una amplia variedad de opciones para elegir. Cada comida se sintió como una experiencia de alta cocina. My friend and I chose Dolphin because their day trip covered the exact 3 islands we wanted to visit, making the itinerary totally worth it. Once we hit the pier, we were blown away by the boat. It was immaculate, and manager Chris mentioned it's only 7 months old! Thanks Chris and our guide James & the team were so welcoming and did a fantastic job teaching us about each spot. Plus buffet lunch was good. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

Our tour guide Jack was fantastic! He really took care of us from start to finish, making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. He brought us to wonderful places — some well-known highlights and a few hidden gems we would have never found on our own. The schedule was clearly explained, so we always knew what to expect and never felt rushed. His attention to detail and genuine kindness made the whole trip stress-free and memorable. Highly recommended!

This day cruise turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Our guides Fatima and July were very attentive and always making sure that we are enjoying everything. Really appreciate her!!! A Beautiful curated experience! We booked one day prior and faced no hassle! There was on time pickup from our doorstep , transport was top notch, lunch was delicious and much more! Fathima helped us get our bearings on the cruise and helped us with our itinerary! We chose to visit the cave and do kayaking and skipped Titop island to relax on the beautiful cruise pool....It was lovely experience altogether and the great weather helped too! Will definitely recommend to others to experience this cruise!

The staff were very accommodating, especially their Manager Mr. Chris and the lovely English-speaking guide Chris. I was a solo traveler but they kept on checking on me. They also accommodated my request to keep my hand-carry luggage as I came straight from Sapa. The cruise facilities, food, and route attractions were great. I love the cozy vibes of the resto and the lively afternoon concert. Truly worth the money
