We highly recommend Dolphin Ha Long Cruise. Absolutely 5-star treatment – treated like royalty by all the staff, but especially Chris, Andre, and our man Jack (never let go) – The amazing Jack Family Tour Guide. The buffet was enormous – a variety for everyone. Food was all fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The excursions were well organized, and the scenery exceptional. Lastly, this cruise ship is pure luxury. We had the best day – thank you to all staff.

My friend and I chose Dolphin because their day trip covered the exact 3 islands we wanted to visit, making the itinerary totally worth it. Once we hit the pier, we were blown away by the boat. It was immaculate, and manager Chris mentioned it's only 7 months old! Thanks Chris and our guide James & the team were so welcoming and did a fantastic job teaching us about each spot. Plus buffet lunch was good. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

It's a fantastic tour to Ha Long Bay. It's perfectly organized from A to Z. The evening before, you receive a message (for us it was via WhatsApp) with the day's schedule, what food will be served, and when and where you need to be. The tour itself was great; first, you visit a cave, then you can go kayaking or boating, and afterward, you can swim at the beach or walk up a hill. Before the attractions, there was a buffet, which was super delicious. The ship is very stable; you hardly notice you're at sea. There's a pool and enough clean toilets and showers for everyone. The staff are all excellent, friendly, and very helpful. From the beginning, you're assigned a tour guide who leads a smaller group through all the attractions; we had Jack, and he was truly top-notch. Additionally, we were also looked after by Chris (on the ship). I can also highly recommend booking the bungalow for more privacy.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience exploring Ha Long Bay with Dolphin Cruise in Hanoi! Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Mr. Chris as the Manager for the outstanding hospitality and excellent service throughout our trip. We also want to thank Mr. Jack, our tour guide, who was incredibly friendly, informative, and made the journey so much fun and memorable. Huge appreciation as well to Kaliee, our driver, and to all the amazing staff who were always attentive, warm, and welcoming. The lunch buffet was absolutely delicious the afternoon snacks were also very tasty. The cruise facilities were excellent and the stunning atmosphere all around. We were also very happy and thankful to be given a free gazebo seating area, which made our experience even more special and comfortable. The scenery of Ha Long Bay was breathtaking. This became one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were very accommodating, especially their Manager Mr. Chris and the lovely English-speaking guide Chris. I was a solo traveler but they kept on checking on me. They also accommodated my request to keep my hand-carry luggage as I came straight from Sapa. The cruise facilities, food, and route attractions were great. I love the cozy vibes of the resto and the lively afternoon concert. Truly worth the money

What a luxurious experience from pick up from the hotel until the end of the trip! We were six in the group and all very happy! This is the biggest and grandest ship for a whole day tour in Halong Bay. The food was equsite! our tour guide Jack? simply the best! He is knowledgable and so friendly. You are so lucky if he is your tour guide. Jack mentioned that this trip was a lucky one because the blue eye of the cave showed up! And it doesnt show very often. Overall, this is a highly recommended trip and will definitely do it again with more family!

Our tour guide Jack was fantastic! He really took care of us from start to finish, making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. He brought us to wonderful places — some well-known highlights and a few hidden gems we would have never found on our own. The schedule was clearly explained, so we always knew what to expect and never felt rushed. His attention to detail and genuine kindness made the whole trip stress-free and memorable. De principio a fin, toda la experiencia del crucero superó mis expectativas. El personal fue increíblemente acogedor, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, especialmente Cris. Cada detalle estuvo bien organizado y se aseguraron de que todos los huéspedes se sintieran cómodos e informados sobre las actividades diarias. El crucero en sí era absolutamente impresionante: limpio, elegante y muy lujoso. Las comodidades, que incluían la piscina, las áreas de cabañas y el escenario de entretenimiento, estaban bellamente mantenidas y eran perfectas para la relajación. El ambiente era tranquilo durante el día y animado por la noche con excelente música y actuaciones. La comida fue otro punto a destacar: fresca, deliciosa y con una amplia variedad de opciones para elegir. Cada comida se sintió como una experiencia de alta cocina. En general, fue un viaje inolvidable. Muy recomendable para cualquiera que busque una escapada relajante pero divertida. ¡Definitivamente vale cada centavo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
