My hotel didn't offer pickup, so we decided to meet in front of the Opera House. It wasn't far from the hotel to the Opera House, so that was fine. The pickup vehicle arrived about 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. The bus wasn't a luxury bus, but it was acceptable. Before arriving at Ha Long Bay, we first stopped at a shop selling goods. There was no pressure to buy anything. I just bought a drink. The boat we boarded wasn't large, but it was quite splendid. The boat departed around 10:30 AM. A buffet-style meal was served on board starting at 11:00 AM. The food wasn't bad. Ha Long Bay is a beautiful marine park, and you can enjoy the stunning scenery from the boat. Many company boats dotted the sea, which was also a magnificent sight. There's a basic option to visit a short sea cave by rowing boat, and also time to enjoy kayaking. Taking a speedboat is a paid option. On the way back, a cooking class was held on board, but only locals participated. Overall, if you're not focused on enjoying the scenery, it could be a boring time. However, it was a time to fully appreciate the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. The sea was calm, so there was no seasickness. On the bus ride back to Hanoi, we also stopped at a shop selling goods. Again, there was no pressure to buy. The shops had items that could also be bought in Hanoi, selling them at high prices. The shops need to change. They need to offer products that can open tourists' wallets and prices that match. That way, sales will likely increase. I bought another drink this time. The guide never pressured us. The guide was kind and dedicated to their work. The price of the Ha Long Bay tour seems to vary depending on the luxury level of the transportation and the boat. The tour I experienced today felt like a mid-level one. However, I was satisfied with the tour because of the guide's kindness. I'd like to thank Allen, our guide who was with us all day!

This Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay day tour was absolutely perfect. The weather was great, and the scenery was incredibly beautiful. Whether it was the rowboat passing through the Dark & Bright Cave or kayaking in the lagoon, being so close to these stunning bays was truly refreshing and unforgettable. The crew were patient, attentive, and proactive. They came to each table to guide us through every part of the tour and checked in often to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying everything. The food and drinks were also delicious. The spring roll making activity was especially fun, not only did they explain the background of the dish, but they also fried our rolls on the spot after we made them. It felt very interactive and engaging. Everything was wonderful, and I honestly ran out of phone storage from taking so many photos and videos! For this price and such an amazing experience, I’m extremely happy and would highly recommend this tour to everyone.

The Google Maps directions tell you to come directly to the boat boarding point, so unlike other tours that direct you to Tuan Chau International Marina, you can take a taxi directly to the first photo location. Upon arrival, the reception will confirm your reservation before boarding. From greeting guests to explaining the itinerary, after lunch, you'll take a bamboo boat to explore caves, then kayak and swim before returning for tea time. The lunch buffet and all drinks suited my taste, and all the reception staff were kind. Thanks to them, I had a really good time.

The most beautiful and sexy cruise ship in Ha Long Bay. No other cruise in the bay or at sea had such killer looks. The interiors are also amazingly chic and modern. The food was delicious and varied, the drinks were superb and not too overpriced for a cruise service. We enjoyed our boat ride and the cruise pool.

This tour was amazing. The vessel was huge, so new and the staff were excellent. Lots of food and great variety. Loved all the activities and the Vietnamese spring roll making. Great day. Highly recommend.

Excellent vacation! We received a lot of positive emotions and impressions. Our guide Alan told us a lot, answered all our questions, and it was interesting. Ha Long is an amazing place! The staff was polite and smiling. The service was top-notch. The Tailya yacht is comfortable and fast. There was a pool with a jacuzzi on board, and the children's joy knew no bounds. The food was excellent, with seafood, meat dishes, vegetables, various fruits, and snacks. We also liked the cocktails we had. Thank you for such a wonderful day!

Embark on a luxurious cruise to explore Ha Long Bay. The itinerary is packed: first, you'll have lunch, and the fried dishes are quite good. Then, you'll take a small boat to see the rock caves, where rowers manually propel the boats, and some even sing. Afterwards, you can paddle a kayak; I was afraid of capsizing if I paddled myself, so I stayed on the boat. There's also a session to learn how to make Vietnamese spring rolls, and finally, a tea time with delicious yogurt. The staff on board are very helpful; Daria, for example, is very nice and has a great smile. Besides the drinks provided with lunch and tea time, other beverages on the boat are extra, but enjoying a cocktail amidst the scenery of Ha Long Bay is incredibly chill!

We tried Taliya Cruise and honestly… it was so good. Everything was clean and exactly how they said it would be, which we really appreciated. The whole experience felt smooth and well taken care of. Super peaceful too—perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy the view. The service was a highlight for us. The butlers were great, especially Thomas! He was really helpful, easy to talk to, and just had a genuinely pleasant vibe that made everything even better. We weren’t able to go inside the cave because of the tide, but it was okay. The experience as a whole still felt complete and worth it. Definitely something we’d book again 🤍

One of the best cruise tours one can book. The staff was very polite and the food was great. Mr. Tom, who was the manager of the ship, kept checking on us to see if we were facing any issues. The cruise ship also had a pool and a mini golf course. The food was excellent; the beef stew was amazing. The hotel transfer was not complicated. All in all, it was one of the best experiences I had.
