The experience was truly the best experience in my life. The trip was very good. The food on the ship is very good. And of course, the service, the systematic and organized tour from Dragonfly Tour. This tour is very excellent and it is a great experience. Great food, great environment, and great service. I highly recommend the tour.

We had a wonderful day with this trip! First of all, I’d like to say thank you to Kimi as our tour guide. He is an amazing person to manage everything by himself from morning to night time. It is not easy to make sure 40+ people are safe and having a good time! He is so kind, funny, and take his responsibilities in another level! Thank you so much, Kimi! Since it was a Japanese-guided tour, I was able to understand the Halong Bay tour explanation with a clear mind. The other tour participants were all wonderful people, and we had enjoyable conversations. The Vietnamese tour guide also tried very hard to explain things in Japanese, and his personality really shone through. Thank you very much. The two-person sea kayak was quite challenging to paddle, so I might not have had much time to fully admire the scenery, haha. The Vietnamese food we ate on the boat was also delicious. The cave we landed on the island was cool inside and featured many impressive natural limestone formations! The bus ride to and from the destination was also comfortable, and it was great to be able to charge my cell phone. It was a full-day tour, but it was very worthwhile to see the many unique rock formations.

Halong bay is beautiful. We really enjoy the scenery there. Especially Ti Top island where we climbed up to the peak. The scenery of the bay is magnificient.

I've taken tours with English-speaking guides in other tourist destinations, but I'm glad I chose a Japanese-speaking guide this time, as my understanding was much better. The cruise ship was also very comfortable, and the food was delicious.

it was a good experience on the cruise of Hercules. We were a group of 3 friends (all girls) we boarded the limousine bus and it took us about 2 and a half hours to reach the deck. the tour guide Tình was quite informative. At the deck, they welcomed us with a drink and a towel. Soon after that we had lunch, it had a lot of veg/non veg varieties. we went to the pearl farm, sung sot cave (it was majestic, about 700 steps though), ti top island (full of people, we didn’t go), bamboo boat ride(free) and then we got snacks and drinks by the time it ended. we came back relaxing at the top of the cruise. it was a good experience overall, I think most cruise will give you the same amenities. Remember, they are very particular about the timings. they won’t hesitate to leave you if you are late.

our guide "Vincent" is very handsome and funny guy. He told me write he loooks like monkey and he entertain us through out the trip. such a nice trip. Enjoyed a lot. the cruise is brilliant, and the crew are exceptional. Especially Dan (Mr. Anh), the cruise manager. He was very welcoming and made the trip special from start to finish. He made sure we were well looked after by the staff, and made the tours fun & factful. The tours did take you to the top spots around Ha Long Bay, but they were at popular times so expect queues! The food on the cruise was nice, and they were very good with making sure food fit dietary requirements. Dinner was the standout as a “set menu”, whilst lunch and Breakfast & Brunch were buffet style. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a lovely balcony to relax on. Only big negatives were WiFi wasn’t the best & the hot water in our shower wasn’t consistent. Would definitely recommend this cruise, even potentially come back again and do a few more days!!!
