Vịnh Hạ Long thật đẹp. Chúng tôi thực sự rất thích phong cảnh ở đó. Đặc biệt là đảo Ti Tốp, nơi chúng tôi đã leo lên đến đỉnh. Khung cảnh của vịnh thật tráng lệ.

Definitely book 2 nights - the day trip to Lan Ha Bay on day 2 was the absolute highlight! Food is amazing as well.

I had a good time cruising in Halong, the service was good. The tour guide could speak English fluently and was helpful. I'm amazed with the system they developed in tourism. No one missed a thing. You get all what you pay for.

Thanks to Sunlight Cruises, we had an amazing experience of Ha Long Bay. We did the 3-day cruise, which I highly recommend because we got to spend some time on Cat Ba Island, which was much quieter and less touristy. The food on the boat was amazing and beautifully presented! The crew were very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend this company! For a budget cruise, it exceeded our expectations.

This was a terrible experience and the condition of the cruise was appalling. I could not bear to stay another night and had to ask to leave the cruise with the rest of the travellers who shockingly signed up for 2D1N but was lumped on the same cruise as me. I am still trying to get a refund for the 2nd night that I obviously didn't stay nor utilise, only to be rejected by the cruise operator that is A SCAM. Here's why 1) The cruise did not deliver what was promised. All of the travellers onboard corroborated this, we all signed up through different platforms and were promised different itinerary and activities that were not delivered. 2) Food served onboard was not what we imagined. Tourists from all over the world couldn't figure out what cuisine we were being served and I was shocked to see that the meals were served in that manner(as attached) and not individual sets. We definitely deserved better standards of food given the price paid. To make it worse, there wasn't even drinks served during meal times, it's as if they are compelling us to buy drinks with the dry food they serve. 3) Mineral water was limited to 1 bottle per pax throughout the whole 3D2N or 2D1N regardless??? Aircon was restricted to evening from 7pm or so till 5.30am as informed only onboard by the tour guide. 4) The condition of the room is absolutely appalling. The bedsheets were stained and linen are apparently unclean, doors and walls rusty. Cabinet and toilet door can't be closed, the toilet door was off the hinges and barely hanging on the top part of it. They might as well not have a door. There were spider webs everywhere. There is no water heater at all, I had to shower in cold water throughout even after informing the crew about this, the issue wasn't fixed. 5) The question we all had about the operator mixing 3D2N and 2D1N travellers on the same cruise - we had a solo traveller joining us on the first night and was told that he had to join our cruise because he signed up for a 3D2N package and was onboard a different cruise the previous night. My partner and I were the only ones who signed up for 3D2N onboard that cruise. SO that would have been us?? Getting shifted around because we signed up for a 3D2N while the rest only stayed for 1 night. The traveller who joined us told us that the activities that he did with us were the same he did on the previous cruise. So that would mean that the itinerary for 3D2N is just a repetition on a different cruise and that obviously is not what was sold on Klook?? 6) Nearing the end of the tour, the tour guide even forced my partner to give him a 5-star google review in which my partner obliged because the tour guide was clicking on the 5 stars on his own using my partner's phone and supervised him to complete the review. Obnoxious behaviour! WRT to how they collect feedback, it's a joke because they had another round of feedback collection using paper slips but the options ranged from very good to average. Is that an objective reflection of the what the travellers experienced? While I understand that this behaviour cannot be managed by Klook but at the very least protect the consumers from paying more than what's necessary! 7) Is this not Klook's responsibility as a platform selling the package to ensure that decent/basic standards are met. When the operator failed to deliver what was promised, do you just send travellers onboard, leave us in the lurch and leaving us in the hands of the dishonest and deceitful operator? While I tried to get through to the tour guide and operator, efforts were futile because they just shut us up with regards to any feedback that we had. If this is so, should we be entitled to at least 50% refund of the fee that I didn't utilise/consume?? 8) Lastly, I'm expecting a response from Klook on this matter. Thank you

Overall, we had a great time. However, they changed our itinerary multiple times, so we had no idea what to expect. We booked the Ha Long Bay cruise, and they took us on the Cat Ba Island excursion instead. We still enjoyed it, so it didn't really matter, but it was quite confusing not knowing what to expect. They fed us a ton of food for each meal. They plan almost too many activities, so you don't have much downtime, and waking up at 6:30 AM on the second day was a little rough.

Cruise experience is great. Their vendors are great, I have been to Sunlight Cruise which is great.

I'm not giving it 5 stars because the cabins had moths and dust falls on the beds while you sleep.
