Cruzeiro Phoenix 3D2N: Baía de Ha Long com Sung Sot e Ti Top

What a magnificent trip! We were picked up from the hotel at the appointed time. The guide was a young man who spoke both Vietnamese and English (even though we didn't speak either language), all the information presented was understandable, and the guide also used his phone to translate into Russian. A huge thank you to him!!! We also needed help extending our internet on a Vietnamese SIM card, and the guide helped us with that. During the excursions, he explained and showed everything in detail. We visited caves, islands, grottoes, and went kayaking and on a bamboo boat. The bay is magical, the beauty is indescribable!!! Now, about the ship: a three-deck vessel with a restaurant on the 2nd deck and a lounge area and bar on the third. The ship was clean, with young, friendly staff, all very responsive. On the 3rd deck, there are tables with chairs, as well as sun loungers for those who want to sunbathe. In the evening, you can sing karaoke on this deck. I really liked that there weren't many people, and the music wasn't blaring; for me, it was a wonderful rest in the bay among fantastic mountains. It's a shame we only had 3 days; if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you!!! I have one suggestion: we had too little time for swimming; it felt like we had the whole day ahead, but with the program, the day flew by unnoticed. Meals were served on board: breakfast, lunch, dinner. The dishes were not spicy, and from the variety offered, everyone could choose what they liked. Unfortunately, drinks are an extra charge. Between lunch and dinner, around 4:30 PM, you could have coffee, tea, snacks, and fresh fruit on the 3rd deck. Unfortunately, there was a small drawback, but I think you can easily resolve it: cockroaches in the cabin. I am a cautious person and had repellent with me, but if I hadn't, I don't know how I would have slept. Overall, to sum up, I can say that it was an excellent trip with an excellent team!!

Memorable 3D2N on board, getting to know other tourists and exploring different activities. Guide and staff were helpful and extended help when my friend was unwell. Meals provided were good, room relatively comfortable, perhaps one of the day activities could be planned better rather than going to a similar pearl farm/cave. Learning how to make spring roll was fun!

Most people joined the 2D1N trip, and only 2 parties on our cruise joined the 3D2N trip. The itinerary of the first day was the same. On the second day, we joined a day tour on a smaller boat with people from other cruises to visit Lan Ha Bay. Therefore, I think this is how all 3D2N tours work in Ha Long Bay. On the third day, we joined our own cruise again (3D2N 3rd day itinerary = 2D1N 2nd day itinerary). Therefore, we had a different tour guide on the 2nd and the 3rd days. The service staff on Phoneix was all amiable and hospitable. The tour guide explained everything clearly. The cook on Phoneix was good. All the dishes were cooked well. Soft drinks/wine/coffee were not included. We paid for what we had drunk before we returned to the shore. Credit cards are accepted, but there will be an extra charge. The room was clean, but quite small. The facilities in our room were rather basic. The shower head did not work very well. However, with this price, I think the faciilities were still acceptable. We did see some fancy boats during our trip, but I guess the price will be double or even more.

We had a wonderful experience on this cruise. The staff and tour guide were very friendly. Please be aware that if you book this, there is a duplicate activity of visiting a pearl farm; other than that, the rest of the trip is great. Halong Bay is beautiful.

Phòng của chúng tôi sạch sẽ, điều hòa mát lạnh, và khăn tắm, bàn chải đánh răng, xà phòng và dầu gội đầu đều được cung cấp. Chúng tôi được phục vụ nhiều món ăn ngon. Bạn không phải lo lắng về việc bị đói! Có nhiều hoạt động vui chơi như đi bộ đường dài vào hang động, bơi lội, chèo thuyền kayak, câu mực, hát karaoke và lớp học nấu ăn. Đây là một chuyến tham quan rất được khuyến khích!

Great trip, well organized and without a hitch! The staff was lovely and my room was spacious and very comfortable, I was even surprised by this! Dinner is excellent and breakfast is very complete (buffet with the possibility of ordering an omelette / phó soup).

Overall, it's good, but the itinerary should be adjusted a bit more because we've visited pearl farms many times before. The food, however, is pretty good and very local; they support vegetarians very well! The crew is good and tries to support you with everything, especially FINN, he is the best. Karaoke night should also be cut out for foreigners. The attractions are good, but the activities should be a little more diverse. In summary, it's worth the money to join the cruise. P.S. The room is a bit small if you are taller than 170 cm!

The staff was really nice and explained everything needed, although some itinerary details may vary from the purchased program. The weather was good, so everything was perfect. The only thing about staying overnight on the cruise was that we were unable to see the sunset and sunrise because the cruise was entirely surrounded by islands.

Had an amazing trip, everything was so well organized, the guides were so friendly, food was amazing, 3 days trip is definitely the best option and highly recommended
