住宿若位於舊城區會提供免費接送，出發前幾天會有人透過聯絡資訊確認地址與出發時間，當天會有人出現在約好的地址找人，不用擔心找不到！上車後便一路載至搭船處，中間會停休息站。 上船後會先大致介紹兩天的行程，飯後小歇完是參觀驚訝洞，然後是搭船跟獨木舟二選一（選擇獨木舟會有衣服濕掉的準備），之後回到船上有包越南春捲的體驗，晚餐非常好吃很滿足，夜釣小管志在體驗，早上的太極因為下雨而取消，最後參觀完英雄島便準備返航，回程可以討論下車地點，整體而言食物與服務非常好。 船上的酒水都是需要另外付費的，可以善用happy hour或自帶食物上船，看到滿多旅客是將大型行李放在市區的飯店，只帶兩天份的行李上船，供大家參考。

I was really excited to spend my first night on a boat during this two-day, one-night cruise! There were many activities arranged on board, so it was never boring. If you plan to go kayaking, I recommend bringing an extra set of clothes so you can change directly when you get back to the boat. People from all over joined the trip, and everyone exchanged stories and had a great, interesting time. Drinks on the boat require an additional fee, so it's good to be prepared for that. Sometimes, you'll even encounter boatmen in small boats selling things nearby, which is a unique experience worth trying! 《Must-read》If you're still hesitating about the price, you don't need to anymore, because the itinerary is worth more than that. Since we traveled during the off-season, our group only had about 20 people, and the quality of the tour was excellent. I estimate that even during peak season, there would be fewer than 40 people, which is less than other tour groups. The rooms are very well-designed, clean, and each has a balcony, with the bed directly facing the sea, allowing you to lie in bed and watch the ocean. The itinerary is similar to other companies, but the tour guide is very humorous and helps take photos without charging! The food is also quite delicious. Please note that this itinerary does not include alcoholic beverages. I recommend buying some to support the crew and make them happy! Additionally, due to environmental reasons, plastic bottles are strictly prohibited on board. The winter scenery of Ha Long Bay has a beautiful ink wash painting style, and practicing Tai Chi in the morning is simply wonderful.

The room for our original booking date was fully booked. Fortunately, Aaron from the local travel agency actively assisted us and helped us rebook with Calista Cruise. Although there was an additional charge of 1,000,000 Vietnamese Dong for two people, this cruise ship is very new and stylish, and the overall experience was well worth it. We loved it! After Aaron learned that we were celebrating a birthday, he even specially arranged a surprise, allowing me to have a wonderful and unforgettable birthday in Ha Long Bay! We are very grateful for his proactive handling of various issues and arrangements throughout the process; his service attitude is truly commendable! At the same time, we are also very grateful to all the staff at Calista Cruise. This tour provided a wonderful experience from start to finish. The tour agent was exceptionally prompt in confirming my Klook booking and highly responsive to all my transportation inquiries. Our pickup from Hanoi was remarkably smooth and entirely without delay. Onboard, the cruise was fantastic, offering cozy accommodations and spectacular views. Exploring the various islands and caves was a definite highlight, and the good food served on the cruise further enhanced our enjoyment..

After booking Hermes, the agent informed us that it was fully booked and offered alternative options. We ultimately chose the Alisa cruise. We absolutely loved our experience aboard the Alisa, especially the knowledgeable and fluent English-speaking tour guide who ensured our safety throughout the trip. The itinerary was meticulously planned, allowing us to fully enjoy the activities while also providing ample time for rest and relaxation on the cruise. I highly recommend spending a night at Halong Bay instead of opting for just a day trip to fully appreciate the peaceful and breathtaking sea views.

Great food, great staff, transfer to the cruise was seamless, had a rest stop in between for toilet break. check in to the boat at around 12 and was served buffet lunch and welcome drink. Room was spacious with balcony and toilet was clean.

The Hermes Cruise completely fulfilled my dream. Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage site, is picturesque. This ship features colonial-style, French-Vietnamese inspired room decor, and surprisingly, a large balcony and jacuzzi are standard in every room! It includes 4 meals plus a Happy Hour snack, and round-trip transfers from Hanoi city hotels, all for just over 6,000 per person. The value for money is exceptional. The island tour guide was also enthusiastic, taking free photos for us and being very welcoming to guests. This trip was incredibly enjoyable! (I highly recommend everyone to stay overnight in Ha Long Bay; Hermes Cruises is definitely the top choice)

Vivian, the person who contacted me, had a very good attitude. 2. Onboard Experience (1) The shuttle bus was very comfortable and luxurious. (2) The cruise itinerary, overall, was good. The onboard butler managed time very well. The scenery on Ti Top Island was beautiful, and Surprise Cave also offered a very special view, worth seeing. The quality of the food on board was above average; drinks cost extra, but you definitely won't go hungry! The itinerary for this ship included a squid fishing experience after dinner, but most people returned to their rooms to rest, so the ship was relatively quiet at night. Other ships had parties going on. If you prefer a more tranquil style at night, you can choose this ship. (3) Room Quality It's evident that the ship is older; the wooden floor might have some parts lifting due due to water. There was dust in the air conditioning vent. Since this was my first time staying on a ship, I don't know if all ship hotels are like this. Overall, I believe the value for money at this price is high!
