If your accommodation is in the Old Quarter, free pick-up service will be provided. A few days before departure, someone will contact you to confirm the address and departure time. On the day of departure, someone will appear at the agreed address to pick you up, so there's no need to worry about not finding them! After boarding, you will be driven directly to the boat dock, with a rest stop in between. After boarding the boat, there will be a general introduction to the two-day itinerary. I was really excited to spend my first night on a boat during this two-day, one-night cruise! There were many activities arranged on board, so it was never boring. If you plan to go kayaking, I recommend bringing an extra set of clothes so you can change directly when you get back to the boat. People from all over joined the trip, and everyone exchanged stories and had a great, interesting time. Drinks on the boat require an additional fee, so it's good to be prepared for that. Sometimes, you'll even encounter boatmen in small boats selling things nearby, which is a unique experience worth trying! Beautiful trip to Halong bay on Hermes Premium. The room was lovely with a patio and very large bathroom, comfortable bed. The view out the window was a beautiful way to wake up! The service was excellent. Chi was a GREAT leader for our cave and kayaking adentures and the organization from Klook was superb. Highly recommend!

Tuvimos una gran experiencia en nuestro crucero. Originalmente reservamos el Hermes, pero Maddie amablemente nos ofreció el Calista en su lugar, ya que el Hermes ya estaba lleno. It's a shame there was no music party at night. If you're looking for a night of drinking and partying, you might want to consider another cruise.
