Cruzeiro Ambassador 2D1N: Baía de Ha Long, Sung Sot, Ti Top

For this Halong Bay cruise trip, we chose Du Yen Cruise from among many options. We enjoyed every moment on board; everyone had a great time. The service was excellent; everyone was warm and patient. I especially want to thank Ms. Elodie Quynh for strongly recommending Du Yen Cruise, and also for arranging a special celebration for my 30th wedding anniversary, which will be unforgettable. It was an amazing experience, everyone should go for it. We booked a 2D 1N cruise and starting from transfer from Hanoi they picked us from our hotel at 8:15 AM and reached Halong Bay at 11:30 PM. Every room has a balcony which provides serene views of the sea. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful and they provide food as per the request. We requested Indian food and the ones they prepared were delicious. We were given a complimentary cake for our honeymoon and the evening was even better with candle light dinner, live music, and happy hour. Overall it was a great experience.

It was a wonderful experience from pick up at Hanoi to boarding the cruise at Halong Bay. The lunch was just wow with lot of options. we skipped the kayaking and island visit due to hectic schedules and opted for cooking demonstrations. Dinner was a bit disappointing and the final item was not found to be properly roasted. we left it unconsumed, the music was very lively and good. next morning the Tai Chi demonstration never happened and the visit to the cave was memorable due to our lovely guide “Huyen” who explained things in details and clicked pictures. even she loaned us 150000 to buy our pictures clicked by professionals. we paid her back at Halong. enjoyed the trip, rooms were neat and clean, water was refilled as and when required. value for money: recommend Ambassador Cruise

Chuyến đi tuyệt vời. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Các bữa ăn trên du thuyền rất ngon. Nhưng đồ uống cần phải trả thêm phí. Hang Luồn và hang Sửng Sốt là những kỳ quan siêu đẹp. Bãi biển đảo Titop quá đông đúc, không thích hợp để bơi lội. Quang cảnh từ phòng du thuyền và boong tắm nắng siêu tuyệt vời. Nhưng phòng không có tủ lạnh mini. Nhìn chung vẫn là một chuyến đi tuyệt vời. Sẽ quay lại nếu có cơ hội.

It's an amazing experience of Halong bay with Ambassador Cruise. The service and food is superb. I love my stay. The room size was really spacious with a balcony.

We had the best time in the cruise. The decoration is pure luxury. The staff are amazing. Friendly and welcoming.Special mention to Bruce and Ethan who made our time more special.both are full of knowledge and information. Thank you to Toni and the chef T. For looking after us so well. The activities included were organised and of perfect time. Although the trip to surprise cave was early it meant we beat the crowds and had the place almost to ourselves. The food was top notch. You won’t go hungry. We had our kids with us and the jacuzzi is a bonus. The cocktails and mocktails were a highlight ! Try the coconut coffee. yummy. Kids movies doing the spring roll cooking class.

C'était une expérience incroyable, l'itinéraire est parfait pour visiter la grotte de Luon, l'île de Ti Top et le personnel est très accessible et gentil. La chambre dispose d'un balcon, ce qui est parfait pour apprécier la vue. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vraiment la croisière Ambassador.

On December 23, 2025, we boarded the Ambassador Cruise. After checking in, we had a buffet lunch (quality was acceptable). Then we went to Luon Cave for a bamboo boat ride. Emerging from the dark, low cave into a suddenly open mountain view was a delightful surprise! Luon Cave is one of the most unique caves in Ha Long Bay, characterized by a self-contained lake within an enclosed, arched mountain. Afterwards, we explored Sung Sot Cave – the largest and most spectacular cave in the bay, featuring various strangely shaped, wondrous, and mysterious thousand-year-old stalactites! Finally, we returned to the cruise ship for a romantic dinner with live music (about 2 hours of singing). I found it quite enjoyable, with good service and acceptable food! The next morning, we went to Titov Island (also known as Hero Island) early. There's a crescent-shaped beach where you can swim, or you can climb to the top of the island to enjoy a magnificent 360-degree view of Ha Long Bay. We chose to climb, ascending over 600 steps to the summit, and the scenery was truly beautiful and dreamlike. Afterwards, we returned to the cruise for a buffet breakfast and then checked out. The facilities, though new, felt a bit dated, and the food quality wasn't outstanding, but the entire trip was a lot of fun!

Great experience and good people. We are vegan vegetarian and the staff made us special food. Great price with good experience. So far we loved it. At last we tried massage. Thanks
