Thật tuyệt vời khi có nhiều lựa chọn hoạt động phù hợp với các nhịp độ khác nhau. Điểm nhấn về dịch vụ là Quản lý du thuyền, anh Tom, người vô cùng cởi mở và cung cấp nhiều thông tin hữu ích. Mặc dù có một vài rào cản nhỏ về tiếng Anh với một số thành viên phi hành đoàn, nhưng thái độ nồng nhiệt, sẵn sàng giúp đỡ và thân thiện của họ đã bù đắp hoàn toàn. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu du thuyền này cho bất kỳ ai đến thăm vịnh Hạ Long.

We had an unforgettable experience aboard the Amanda Luxury Cruise. Initially, we booked the standard Amanda Cruise, but to our surprise, we were upgraded to the more luxurious boat, which we only discovered once we arrived at their lounge. Ms. Linh, the organizer, kept us informed via WhatsApp, ensuring our pick-up and drop-off went smoothly, and she handled all our requests with great care. The entire trip was perfectly timed and well-organized. Lee, the cruise manager, was incredibly friendly and attentive. To top it off, they surprised us with a beautiful anniversary setup in our room to celebrate our 19th anniversary. The food was exceptional, and the overall experience was truly a 5/5—a once-in-a-lifetime memory!

I would like to thank the entire crew, from Dan to Hannah and the rest of the staff who took care of us throughout the 2 days. My family and I had a super great time, from the clarity of the information, room cleanliness, food quality, and cocktail happy hours! Ha Long Bay is very beautiful on its own merits, and Amanda Cruise makes it even more special. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with this trip. From the city transfer, someone was late and was left behind, which was a big plus. Dan, the ship manager, was great at creating a lively atmosphere, and the food was delicious. Hana's guided tour during the Ha Long Bay excursion was also very professional, and James's service on board was excellent, introducing us to many local coffee brands. Overall, there was only one thing to note: in my room, the shower water would turn cold halfway through, and I had to wait more than 10 minutes for it to heat up again. However, I heard no other group members mention this issue.

It was a very satisfying trip. My child and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. It happened to be my child's birthday, and the surprise they arranged gave him a wonderful memory. The trip and the staff (Dan, Chan, James…) were all very nice. I will definitely choose Amanda again next time!

This cruise is highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Halong Bay in comfort and style!

Escribiendo Estábamos en el crucero con mi novia, ¡y nos encantó absolutamente todo! El capitán Dan fue increíblemente amable, cordial y atento durante todo el viaje. Toda la tripulación fue maravillosa: las damas que sirvieron la comida, James, Jack, Viet y todos los demás. La comida estuvo deliciosa, el barco estaba limpio y cómodo, y el ambiente era cálido y acogedor. Realmente apreciamos la energía positiva de todo el equipo. Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa con Amanda. Después de mi reserva, necesitaba una habitación con balcón, por lo que el Sr. Andy me ascendió a su crucero de lujo Hera, a la suite Ocean, con la diferencia a pagar. Reservamos nuestra habitación con recogida, y nos ascendieron a una furgoneta limusina. La experiencia general fue muy buena. Todo el personal del crucero, incluido el gerente de la tripulación, Minh, fue muy amable y se encargó excepcionalmente bien de nuestra comida, ya que somos vegetarianos. Nos dieron tanta comida con tantos platos que ni siquiera pudimos terminar. Nuestra habitación era lujosa, con un gran balcón frontal y muy buenas vistas. El Sr. Andy incluso se encargó de reservar nuestro traslado en taxi al aeropuerto a tiempo.

Der Overall war in Ordnung, die Crew war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essensbuffet war ausgezeichnet, nur die Portionsgröße beim Abendessen war für meinen großen Magen etwas wenig 😄. Das Zimmer war jedenfalls sauber und geräumig, der Wasserdruck war gut und die Klimaanlage kühlte angenehm. Und schließlich genieße ich die Reise sehr. Vielen Dank.

Đây là trải nghiệm du thuyền một mình đầu tiên của tôi với chuyến đi này. Tôi cảm thấy an toàn và được chăm sóc chu đáo. Anh Dan, quản lý du thuyền rất có tổ chức và thân thiện! Các thành viên thủy thủ đoàn cũng rất chu đáo và vui vẻ! Tôi yêu mọi thứ về chuyến du thuyền của họ, từ chỗ ở đến đồ ăn và tất cả các hoạt động mà họ đã lên kế hoạch. Đó là một chuyến đi 2 ngày 1 đêm rất trọn vẹn với du thuyền Amanda, tôi chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu nó!
