Le personnel de la croisière était amical, professionnel et toujours serviable. La chambre était propre, confortable et offrait une belle vue sur l'océan. La nourriture était délicieuse, en particulier les fruits de mer frais et les plats vietnamiens traditionnels. J'ai également apprécié les activités telles que le kayak, la visite de grottes et la pêche au calmar la nuit. Tout était bien organisé, relaxant et agréable du début à la fin. Great time, fun, our tour guide Tea was a happy, enthusiastic individual that handled everything with smiles and laughter. It’s a more intimate, smaller cruise ship that gives personalized attention. Excursions were perfect for a short 2 day / 1 night cruise. My room was exactly as the photos .. it is a cruise ship so I did not expect anything other than what is advertised. Great experience, nice food, happy staff … all in all .. 5 Star experience.

I had a 2-day, 1-night trip with Cozy Bay Grand Cruise in Halong Bay, and it was the best trip I've ever had. It was an unforgettable experience with a beautiful boat, great services, and wonderful people: the tour guide (who explained every single detail, arranged everything perfectly, and was so friendly and helpful), the bartender, the chef… everyone was amazing. We had many activities: kayaking in a water cave, swimming and hiking on Titov Island, visiting the biggest cave (an amazing cave), a cooking class, a sunset party, singing karaoke, dancing, a Taichi class… I truly enjoyed the trip and thank you so much, Cozy team. I highly recommend these cruise services!

Our guide Tim was nice and helpful, so fun, we had a lot of fun in Halong Bay today. Kayaking, swimming, the room was nice and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone.

We had a memorable time on Cozy Bay Grand for 2 days and 1 night. The room had a panoramic sea view and unique decoration. The staff were friendly and helpful, serving delicious and hygienic food throughout the trip. Caving and kayaking were so fun and interesting. I highly recommend Cozy Bay Grand cruise and will definitely come back.

The original Cozy Bay Grand has been converted to Hera Boutique Cruise. The quality of the buffet lunch on the first day, Vietnamese dinner, and breakfast and buffet brunch on the second day was excellent, exceeding expectations. The itinerary was well-arranged, and all the attractions were worth visiting. The basic facilities on the boat were complete, and although the boat itself was older, it did not detract from the experience. The tour guide was very professional, explaining clearly and providing rich information. It offers extremely high value for money.

Our guide Tam is very helpful and friendly, he gave very detailed talk about the visited spots, with clear instructions and great humor. He and the cruise staff took care of us with great attentiveness. It was definitely an unforgettable experience.

We had an excellent cruise guided by TEA, who was brilliant and very attentive. We requested vegetarian options and had plenty of choices. The activities are good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the meals are very generous. The staff was very pleasant. The entire organization is well-oiled, I highly recommend it.
