Cruzeiro La Pandora Boutique 2D1N: Tour pela Baía de Ha Long e Baía de Lan Ha

Estoy muy contento de haber tenido a Víctor como nuestro guía, se aseguró de que todo el viaje valiera la pena de principio a fin. La hora de recogida fue muy temprano por la mañana, pero la energía de Víctor era inigualable. Era entusiasta, divertido y muy inteligente al guiarnos por los lugares históricos que pasamos en el autobús. Una cosa que me gustaría elogiarle son sus habilidades de organización, se aseguró de que todos en el grupo entendieran los horarios y el itinerario de nuestra experiencia. Todo estaba tan claramente expuesto y sus habilidades de comunicación eran excelentes. Nos cuidó muy bien, cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos, incluso las no relacionadas con el crucero que habíamos reservado, él estaba feliz de guiarnos y recomendarnos las mejores opciones. Aunque el crucero tenía algunas decoraciones y facilidades un poco anticuadas que necesitaban ser arregladas (por ejemplo, el inodoro japonés en el baño de nuestra cabina), y que no había wifi en nuestra cabina, aun así lo aprovechamos al máximo. La comida era excelente, estábamos bien alimentados y teníamos muchas opciones.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt an Bord des Pandora Kreuzfahrtschiffes. Unser Reiseleiter Kevin Hung war hilfsbereit, lustig und immer gut gelaunt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und wir bekamen sogar ein größeres für die getrennten Betten. Die Aktivitäten waren unterhaltsam und gut geplant. Die Ebbe, die unsere Höhlentour unterbrach, war etwas schade, aber ich schätze, so ist das eben. Die Abendaktivitäten fühlten sich etwas ungeleitet an, da niemand die Sache gemeinsam startete. Das Essen war gut, mit einer großen Auswahl, nur Getränke waren nicht inbegriffen. Insgesamt würden wir es auf jeden Fall empfehlen, besonders unseren Reiseleiter :) Was den Preis angeht, war er mit ca. 74€ pro Person sehr angemessen.

It was a really great experience. Totally worth the money spent. KEVIN HUNG, THE CAPTAINS, THE WHOLE SET CREWS are really great and experienced. Came here for my birthday, and leaving with a wholesome memories. The foods: IT WAS A LOT. We kept on getting more and more foods. Fullest Ive ever been when I was Vietnam. The rooms, it was lovely. Classical beauty of a cruise. Perfect for solo, duo or even whole family 💗

Our guide was Hung. He was great, perfect English and gave good advice. Always in a good mood. We were able to go canoeing, swim, and do a cooking workshop to make spring rolls. The landscapes are truly splendid. You will never see anything like it elsewhere. I highly recommend this 2-day cruise.

Victor and the team were brilliant and knowledgeable. The service was well-planned, and the bed/cabin was clean and amazing. We were in 201, and the views were basically 360 degrees, so good.

Victor was our tour guide during our trip to Ha Long Bay and his hospitality was exceptional. Our entire experience from beginning to end was magical!

This was my first overnight cruise, and overall, it was worth the price! However, the shuttle service needs improvement. It took at least half an hour to transfer from the small boat to the cruise ship (the small boat had no air conditioning, only fans, making it very stuffy). For those who are very sensitive to heat, I recommend trying other, more expensive companies, as their shuttle boats all have air conditioning. The room was very clean, the food was good, and the crew members were all friendly and enthusiastic! Our guide was Eric, who greeted everyone with a smile and was full of energy every day! Trip suggestion: The kayaking location could be a more expansive area. The one we went to was just a tiny cove, and we thought we could explore caves ourselves like others, but we ended up riding in a boat paddled by local residents.

We booked a 2-day, 1-night trip on the company's boat with 12 cabins. It was an incredible experience, on a human-sized boat with a group led by Tony, who was very friendly and interesting. We didn't use the transport services; it was easy to find the boat from Ha Long. The room was exceptional with a great bay window and a balcony. We were able to enjoy all the activities offered (kayaking, cooking class, swimming, and exploring the caves). The meals were very high quality (including seafood) and plentiful. The boat stopped in a quiet area for the night in Lan Ha Bay, with only 3 other boats around. We were able to enjoy the beauty of the place during sunset/sunrise. The weather was magnificent, I highly recommend it!

Cody was amazing!! We had a really good time with the tour, it has a really good value for money. The crew is quite nice, the food they serve is amazing and the activities are fun. The second day activity was slightly underwhelming but still beautiful hence the 4 stars. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely overnight cruise experience from start to finish. The ship itself was small and felt like home — intimate, comfortable, well maintained, and impressively clean. The staff on board were polite, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always making sure we felt welcome. A special mention to our guide Victor, who made the experience even better. His English and communication skills were excellent, he was friendly and very helpful, and he was always accommodating with personal inquiries. He created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip. As small suggestions, in cooler weather it would be nice to ask guests in advance who would like to swim, and perhaps allocate a bit more time for kayaking, as it was one of the highlights for all of us. It would also be great if tea, coffee, and water were complimentary with all meals served. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would happily recommend.
