fantastic cruise!!! every effort was made to make our trip comfortable. international cuisine. kids loved all the activities. do carry dry fit clothes and swimsuits. especially footwear.. the manager Mr. Ha was very good. Will definitely recommend.

What an incredible bucket list experience! 😍Not only did we see the most breathtakingly spectacular views, the excursions were amazing — getting to kayak and see the caves truly felt like a dream! The friendly staff were so attentive and made the trip even more comfortable, the food service was divine and our rooms were so spacious, clean. Thankyou so much klook for the best 48 hours were so sad to leave!

The cruise and the entire organization are incredible, I would definitely recommend it! The food is also outstanding; they ask for your preferences and prepare special meals if you need them (I don't eat meat, and there was no problem with that). There are also plenty of activities on the day you start, so the day is full of leisure time. However, keep in mind that everything starts exactly on time according to the timetable, so don't be late for it 🤣, as we missed a couple of activities because we were 5-10 minutes late for them 😁.

We had a great trip, starting with our transfer from our hotel to the boat. Our bus guide, Lee, was very kind and looked after all the guests, ensuring we got to our destination safely. It was a lovely cruise with plenty of food and activities.

Went for a 2D1N cruise with my family of four. We had an enjoyable cruise trip. Staff from the pick up from Hanoi hotel to the crew members on board were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel pick up, instructions were clear. Staff will text you a day in advance to confirm location and time pick up. The Azura cruise is a new cruise probably less than a year old. Small and cosy cruise and we'll organise in term of check in, check out and dinning experience. Only thing i think could have been better will be to provide complimentary coffee and tea during the last day brunch. Not sure if it is due to resources constraints, coffee and tea are chargeable even at breakfast. Suggestion maybe can include the 1 cup per guest complimentary coffee and tea for the brunch service.

The cruise was amazing! Very luxurious 😊 The staff made the experience extra special. They are warm, welcoming, very accommodating, and have a great sense of humor. Lee was a great guide on the transfer to the bay. Bao was very kind and had great attention to detail. This was a highlight of our trip for sure! We were upgraded to the Imperial Suite, which was very special. A trip to remember! The gym was also handy and had air conditioning 😊

Our Halong Bay experience with Azura Cruise was fantastic from start to finish. The bus driver made the long journey safe and comfortable, while our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the group engaged. The cruise itself was beautiful—clean cabins, delicious meals, and a well-planned mix of activities like kayaking and cave visits, plus time to relax and enjoy the views. The crew’s hospitality made everything seamless. Highly recommend Azura Cruise for a memorable Halong Bay adventure!

The newest ship in Ha Long Bay has a very modern, new, and beautiful design and interior. Our first impression was WOW. The staff, from the manager (Mr. Ha) to the chef and the server (Noah), were all very professional and enthusiastic. It's definitely worth experiencing.

the Azura cruise was great and staffs were friendly. We had a variety of activities including boat trip to the caves, kayak, swimming in the sea etc. We also had fun with karaoke with the friendly fellow passengers.
