Cruzeiro Hera Boutique 2D1N: Passeio pela Baía de Ha Long com Sung Sot e Ti Top

The cruise is brilliant, and the crew are exceptional. Especially Dan (Mr. Anh), the cruise manager. He was very welcoming and made the trip special from start to finish. He made sure we were well looked after by the staff, and made the tours fun & factful. The tours did take you to the top spots around Ha Long Bay, but they were at popular times so expect queues! The food on the cruise was nice, and they were very good with making sure food fit dietary requirements. Dinner was the standout as a “set menu”, whilst lunch and Breakfast & Brunch were buffet style. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a lovely balcony to relax on. Only big negatives were WiFi wasn’t the best & the hot water in our shower wasn’t consistent. Would definitely recommend this cruise, even potentially come back again and do a few more days!!! We loved our stay at Hera Boutique! We were greeted with a travel guide, Ben, who was incredibly well organised and ensured that we arrived at the cruise and returned from the cruise safely, even assisting us with bus locations. The staff at the cruise were very friendly and kind, we thoroughly enjoyed the itinerary led by our tour guide Tim! Tim created a very fun, safe environment and was a great conversationalist. The itenrary created a well guided plan for the cruise, and one of our favourites was singing karaoke with Tim on the upper deck!! We enjoyed kayaking, learning how pearls are made, swimming at Tiptop island, cooking classes and caves. The meals were very delicious, our favourite was the brunch. The first lunch when we got there was average, but that was just preference or taste. Everything was amazing! Be aware with squid fishing that when we went (October) it is rare to catch a squid. I highly recommend Hera Boutique to everyone!!

The excursion was excellent! Everything was on time, exactly according to schedule, without fuss or rush. I was very pleased with the well-coordinated work of the entire team, their smiles, friendliness, and willingness to help. The food was plentiful and very tasty – special thanks to the chefs! A comfortable bed and a cozy cabin – I slept wonderfully. In the morning, there was a magnificent view of the bay from the upper deck, where I watched the sunrise – I was impressed and very satisfied! I will definitely recommend this cruise ship to my friends. Thank you and I look forward to new encounters!

The assistant manager, Winters, coordinated the activities well, and was very friendly and approachable. We enjoyed the food, and we especially enjoyed the spring rolls served during dinner. The preparation for the burning shrimp dish during dinner was also good. The rest of the crew members were also friendly and efficient. All in all, we had a great time.

Wonderful 2-day/1-night cruise to Halong Bay. The itinerary was interesting as expected. The food was great as well. We were only 14 people so the room was simple but had views from all locations. Wi-Fi was not available in the room, but I was able to use it in the restaurant area. The tour manager, Mr. Winter, was enthusiastic and good at English communication. Transportation from Hanoi took longer than expected as the bus picked up many people from several hotels. Appreciate all the staff including the captain, cook, and other service crews.

It's an amazing experience, we love the foods and the rooms. Your crew are very nice. The places are amazing. Just the weather, it was cloudy and we didn't see the sunset. But it's really good.

We had an absolutely fantastic cruise experience. The itinerary was well planned, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Mr. Jade for upgrading us to a balcony room after knowing we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. The team surprised us with beautiful room decorations and a complimentary mocktail, along with a lovely song sung by the crew. It was a truly memorable and heartwarming experience. Highly recommended!

The entire trip was very well taken care of. Before the trip, the pick-up and drop-off locations were clearly confirmed via WhatsApp, and the timing was perfectly managed, making the whole process very smooth. The itinerary offers high flexibility, allowing guests to choose between a relaxed and casual pace or more extensive activities according to their personal preferences, which is also very friendly for travelers with elderly family members. Everyone on the boat and the entire team were very attentive. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and sincerely recommend it to everyone!
