I had a great experience joining this trip. The tour guide, Mr. Hao (Happy), really left a great impression on me. Just like his nickname, “Happy,” he truly kept everyone’s spirits up, even though it was raining that day. He was enthusiastic, energetic, helpful, cheerful, attentive, and always made sure everyone was having a good time. At first, I was a little disappointed with the weather. It was raining, and I had hoped to enjoy kayaking under the sunshine. However, it turned out to be one of my best memories—the experience of kayaking in the rain was unforgettable. Mr. Happy was always reminding us, “Have fun, don’t get hurt,” and he constantly looked out for everyone’s safety. He also frequently checked on us throughout the trip to make sure we were doing well. The food on the cruise was great as well. Overall, I would rate this experience 9/10. Thank you, Mr. Happy, for making this trip so enjoyable. I hope to see you again someday!

Celina cruise was an absolutely amazing experience. Between the stunning and spotless rooms and the exceptional food and service, we can see why this cruise is one of the top in Ha Long Bay. Although a little on the expensive side, the amazingly comfy bed and stunning views make up for it. The pool was perfect temperature with a beautiful view and the activities on day 1 were great. Although day 2 morning activities were cancelled due to a thunderstorm, the cruise was still a perfect experience thanks to the unbeatable hospitality with amazing staff. Special mention to Felix, Phuong Anh, and Ronald for their exceptional service and always going above and beyond for us. Hopefully we will be back soon!!

This time, I participated with a friend. There was a free round-trip shuttle bus from Hanoi to the port, which took two and a half hours one way, but we had a break of about 30 minutes at a service area-like place. Not only were there restrooms, but also cafes and souvenir shops, which were very well-equipped. We transferred from the port to the cruise ship by a small boat. Upon arrival, we first enjoyed a buffet lunch, and then went kayaking to a cave or relaxed by the ship's pool. Dinner was a course meal, and there were performances such as cakes being brought out to celebrate other guests' anniversaries and birthdays, which everyone celebrated together, making it a very happy time. Inside the room, there was water, coffee, and tea, which were complimentary. Generally, drinks on board are charged. Payment could be made by either cash or card. The second day started with a morning buffet, followed immediately by a kayaking experience. Although we only moved around the cruise ship, it was a lot of fun. After that, we had some time to relax, spending it in our room while enjoying the final brunch buffet. The staff on board were very kind, explaining things carefully to us even though we couldn't speak English, and taking photos for us, allowing us to spend our time without any worries and with great enjoyment. If I have the chance again, I would like to participate in an Azura Cruise, and I would recommend it to my friends and family when I return to Japan. It was the best cruise tour. It was a very cool experience. Both the staff and the ship made a very good and professional impression. We particularly liked John, who took good care of all the guests. The food was also very delicious for a cruise ship. Allergies and special preferences are also taken into consideration. A fantastic cruise experience in Lan Ha Bay! The boat was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. Visiting Dark & Bright Cave by kayak was peaceful and relaxing. Compared to the main Ha Long Bay route, Lan Ha Bay feels much quieter and less crowded. If you prefer a more relaxing atmosphere and want to enjoy nature without the crowds, this is definitely the perfect choice. Highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Let me begin with an honest review. Firstly, it's a budget-friendly cruise. You can't get such a pleasant and beautiful experience elsewhere. Our guide, Victor, is the best of all. You won't find anyone like Victor. Good accommodation and activities, everything is top-notch. Best experience of my life. Guys, go for it!

Total of 26 people on the tour. I was the only Korean person. It was a 3-story, high-end cruise ship with a small pool inside, and simple food was provided. You could see several islands, and the sunset was beautiful. We had a short time to enjoy swimming and canoeing. We also visited a local village, and it was a great value-for-money tour. One minor disappointment was that the canoe experience was advertised as included in the tour price, but there was an additional charge (150,000-200,000 VND).
