Excellent experience, specifically our tour guide Binh/Billy. He was very accommodating, helpful, and truly cared about all the participants. He is also funny, knowledgeable, and seemed full of energy all throughout the day! The transfers were smooth, and they paid great attention to ensuring the comfort of all passengers. The buffet on the cruise was also very good and offered a great variety of food. The cruise ship itself is very clean and new, and the crew members were incredibly helpful. The itinerary was excellent and very efficiently planned. Overall, I highly recommend this tour if you want a comfortable yet beautiful experience. Thank you so much!

A fantastic cruise experience in Lan Ha Bay! The boat was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. Visiting Dark & Bright Cave by kayak was peaceful and relaxing. Compared to the main Ha Long Bay route, Lan Ha Bay feels much quieter and less crowded. If you prefer a more relaxing atmosphere and want to enjoy nature without the crowds, this is definitely the perfect choice. Highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They picked us up from our hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The buses we took were very comfortable, clean, and spacious, which made the long drive bearable! We transferred from a bus to a speedboat, then to another bus, and finally to the cruise itself, and it was awesome! Mr. Happy was a great tour guide with very good English! He told us a lot about the history of his hometown and joined in on the fun activities. I would definitely recommend this tour.

A very memorable experience for us! Our guide, Happy, was also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and he took good care of all of us. We had so much fun kayaking around and learning about the Lan Ha Bay. Lunch was also surprisingly tasty with many dishes. Cruise ship was also clean and well-maintained. Excellent cruise, worth every dong! I'm surprised by the excellent quality for such a moderate price. The ship is very comfortable and clean; you can sit downstairs in the cool area or higher up on the second and third decks on comfortable seats or loungers. Lunch is hearty, with an excellent selection of delicious dishes, and importantly, the team takes all dietary restrictions and needs into account. The route is very beautiful; you want to endlessly gaze at the rocks and the sea. But a special impression is the guide Hau (Mr. Happy): a super-enthusiast, active, cheerful, attentive, very inspiring with his mood and love for the surrounding area. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and this boat.

We had the best time on this day cruise! The communication with the company was very clear before the day, no problems at all! We got picked up and dropped off at our hotel, which was very much appreciated! The itinerary was so fun and relaxing too! We had Billy as our tour guide and he made sure we were safe, having fun, and he also gave a lot of info about Cat Ba while on the tour! Overall, highly recommend!
