Cruzeiro diurno Serenity Premium: Baía de Lan Ha e Cat Ba

I had a great experience joining this trip. The tour guide, Mr. Hao (Happy), really left a great impression on me. Just like his nickname, “Happy,” he truly kept everyone’s spirits up, even though it was raining that day. He was enthusiastic, energetic, helpful, cheerful, attentive, and always made sure everyone was having a good time. At first, I was a little disappointed with the weather. It was raining, and I had hoped to enjoy kayaking under the sunshine. However, it turned out to be one of my best memories—the experience of kayaking in the rain was unforgettable. Mr. Happy was always reminding us, “Have fun, don’t get hurt,” and he constantly looked out for everyone’s safety. He also frequently checked on us throughout the trip to make sure we were doing well. The food on the cruise was great as well. Overall, I would rate this experience 9/10. Thank you, Mr. Happy, for making this trip so enjoyable. I hope to see you again someday!

It was a great experience from start to finish. I felt very looked after by the yatch crew and transfer crew. Our guide Tony was great - kept us informed and led the activities. This was a great ending to my trip in Vietnam as I wanted something relaxing with not many tourists and this cruise to Lan Ha Bay was just that. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something peaceful and less of a party boat vibe.

Отличный круиз, стоит каждого донга! Я удивлена отличным качеством за такой умеренный прайс. Корабль очень комфортный и чистый, можно сидеть внизу в прохладном помещении или повыше - на второй и третьей палубах на удобных сиденьях или лежаках. Обед сытный, с отличным выбором блюд, очень вкусный, и, что важно, команда учитывает все диетические ограничения и потребности. Маршрут очень красивый, хочется бесконечно залипать на скалы и море. Но особое впечатление - это гид Hau (mr. Happy): супер-энтузиаст, активный, веселый, внимательный, очень заряжает своим настроением и любовью к окружающей местности. Могу от всего сердца рекомендовать эту компанию и этот кораблик.

we had the best time on this day cruise! the communication with the company was very clear before the day, no problems with that all all! We got picked up and dropped off at our hotel, which was very much appreciated! the iteneary was so fun and relaxing too! We had Billy as our tour guide and he made sure we were safe, having fun, he also gave a lot of info about cat ba while on the tour! overall highly recommend! the food was delicious, the kayaking was a blast. had no problems at all. you should definitely book :) thank you Billy for all your hard work!

Highly recommended! Beautiful landscapes, super fun kayaking, swimming and cycling around the island. Our guide Tony was super kind and friendly, even helped us book a taxi after the tour finished. My vegan friend also had lots of options to eat inside the ship, everything was delicious! I can’t even choose which part I loved the most

Super smooth experience from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were right on time, with clear reminders and meeting point confirmation a day before. Tony and Ha were amazing guides, very caring, super knowledgeable, and just great energy overall. Tony especially made the trip fun with his humor while still sharing a lot about the area. The itinerary was well thought out and not one dimensional at all. From cruising through Lan Ha Bay, cycling around Cat Ba, trying fish massage and local rice wine, to kayaking through caves and swimming, it felt like a complete experience. Crew on the boat were all friendly and helpful, and even the drinks onboard were reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you want a more relaxed, less crowded alternative to Ha Long Bay.

We had tony as a guide and he was so much fun. Even though it was an overcast and somewhat rainy day it was really nice and the sun came out for the kayaking and swimming. The food was really good too. I recommend bringing some extra clothes as you might get wet kayaking. Everyone on the team tries their best to make this an enjoyable experience. I had a extra request for a birthday cake which was accommodated :)

our guide Tony was so informative, kind and considerate towards our group. despite challenging tides for kayaking, he went above and beyond to adjust our schedule and the activities so we could all have the best experience possible. the whole crew were so friendly and helpful. the food was incredible and the boat itself very comfortable and accommodating - toilets, hot water showers, bar, etc. An amazing experience made seamless by the fantastic team, thank you all!
