I had a great experience joining this trip. The tour guide, Mr. Hao (Happy), really left a great impression on me. Just like his nickname, “Happy,” he truly kept everyone’s spirits up, even though it was raining that day. He was enthusiastic, energetic, helpful, cheerful, attentive, and always made sure everyone was having a good time. At first, I was a little disappointed with the weather. It was raining, and I had hoped to enjoy kayaking under the sunshine. However, it turned out to be one of my best memories—the experience of kayaking in the rain was unforgettable. Mr. Happy was always reminding us, “Have fun, don’t get hurt,” and he constantly looked out for everyone’s safety. He also frequently checked on us throughout the trip to make sure we were doing well. The food on the cruise was great as well. Overall, I would rate this experience 9/10. Thank you, Mr. Happy, for making this trip so enjoyable. I hope to see you again someday!

Excellent cruise, worth every dong! I'm surprised by the excellent quality for such a moderate price. The ship is very comfortable and clean; you can sit downstairs in the cool area or higher up on the second and third decks on comfortable seats or loungers. Lunch is hearty, with an excellent selection of delicious dishes, and importantly, the team takes all dietary restrictions and needs into account. The route is very beautiful; you want to endlessly gaze at the rocks and the sea. But a special impression is the guide Hau (Mr. Happy): a super-enthusiast, active, cheerful, attentive, very inspiring with his mood and love for the surrounding area. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and this boat.

We had the best time on this day cruise! The communication with the company was very clear before the day, no problems at all! We got picked up and dropped off at our hotel, which was very much appreciated! The itinerary was so fun and relaxing too! We had Billy as our tour guide and he made sure we were safe, having fun, and he also gave a lot of info about Cat Ba while on the tour! Overall, highly recommend! The food was delicious, the kayaking was a blast. Had no problems at all. You should definitely book :) Thank you Billy for all your hard work!

It was a great experience from start to finish. I felt very looked after by the yatch crew and transfer crew. Our guide Tony was great - kept us informed and led the activities. This was a great ending to my trip in Vietnam as I wanted something relaxing with not many tourists and this cruise to Lan Ha Bay was just that. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something peaceful and less of a party boat vibe.

Highly recommended! Beautiful landscapes, super fun kayaking, swimming and cycling around the island. Our guide Tony was super kind and friendly, even helped us book a taxi after the tour finished. My vegan friend also had lots of options to eat inside the ship, everything was delicious! I can’t even choose which part I loved the most

This was an excellent tour. I was picked up at the hotel. The boat was very nice with a beautiful bathroom and shower. Happy was a great guide. Beautiful views and kayaking were great.

Our guide Tony was so informative, kind, and considerate towards our group. Despite challenging tides for kayaking, he went above and beyond to adjust our schedule and activities so we could all have the best experience possible. The whole crew was so friendly and helpful. The food was incredible, and the boat itself was very comfortable and accommodating - with toilets, hot water showers, a bar, etc. An amazing experience made seamless by the fantastic team, thank you all!

Lan Ha Bay is surreal. The water is clean and the surroundings are beautiful. To top it off, we had Happy, our tour guide. His name suits him well as he exudes happiness to everyone. He made sure everyone was entertained, well-informed, and taken care of. We had a lot of fun going around Cat Ba Island with Happy, as he entertained all of our questions. If we ever come back and do it again, we would love to use the same services provided by Serenity Cruises and, if possible, have Happy as our guide again.
