We had a rocky start due to being given an upgrade last minute and having to arrange transport to new harbor location. But I was extremely impressed with the whole experience once on the cruise boat. Food was good and they catered for my vegetarian diet with a good range of dishes. Our server An was the sweetest and very attentive to our food and drink needs. The happy hour cocktails went down a treat and the views were breathtaking despite it being a little overcast. Highly enjoyable and would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended cruise. The boat is brand new!!! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We were very lucky that there were few of us, which made the treatment even more personal. As for the activities, the excursion to the cave was spectacular. The canoe trip was also very good. What I didn't like was the cooking class: more than a class, she cooked in front of us explaining and gave us a taste, but at no point were we the ones cooking. The activity list also mentioned a Tai Chi class in the morning, and upon arrival, it wasn't announced anywhere, nor was another activity done to replace it. Transfer: it was a bit chaotic both at pick-up (they called us by different numbers, one told us they couldn't access our hotel (they said a bus wouldn't fit on the street, when in reality it would, it was a two-way street, and the other person who called us said they would pick us up without any problem).

We loved the cruise, although it was a bit short; in the end, we spent less than 24 hours on the boat, even though it was advertised as a 2-day, 1-night cruise. Our guide Travis was incredible, and we just let ourselves be carried along by the boat. There were enjoyable activities like squid fishing, a bamboo boat tour to the village, a cave visit, and a cooking class. Most importantly, we ate very well, so there was no need for snacks. We highly recommend this company!

I would recommend it - really nice staff, good food, nice activities. I especially enjoyed tai chi at sunrise on the deck and squid fishing at night. They were very accommodating to my partner's food allergies.

The Ha Long Bay trip offered a wealth of sights. Although every place we visited was crowded with many people, I believe it was worth visiting because of the beautiful natural scenery. The cruise seats were comfortable, and the delicious lunch provided while heading to Ha Long Bay was very satisfying. The cruise staff were also friendly. Our guide, David, was diligent and made efforts to ensure we had a comfortable trip.

The service is top-notch. We were lucky because the scenery was clear that day, even though it was in January.

La Regina Classic Cruise offers a great value for money experience. Peter, as the host, along with all the staff, were wonderful and very welcoming. The itinerary ran smoothly and on time. The places we visited were amazing. Such a great way to heal and enjoy your relaxing days!
