We took a day trip from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and were truly amazed by the natural beauty of Ha Long. It's definitely worth a visit. And thanks to our guide, Mr. Johny, for his dedication and enthusiasm throughout the trip.

La route depuis Hanoï prend environ 2,5 heures à l'aller, mais l'expérience en vaut vraiment la peine. Le bateau est excellent, très propre et en bon état, il y avait même un sauna au 2ème étage à côté du spa (payant séparément). Le seul reproche est qu'au retour vers Hanoï, j'ai été mis dans un grand bus au lieu d'un minibus plus petit, pour lequel j'avais payé un supplément.

When we set off in the morning, the tour guide enthusiastically introduced the itinerary, filling us with anticipation for the adventure ahead. As the boat slowly sailed into the magnificent bay, the surrounding limestone islands and clear waters were breathtaking. On board, we enjoyed a delicious Vietnamese lunch, with fresh dishes full of local flavor. Afterwards, we also visited fascinating caves, where the guide explained in detail the formation and history of the caves, adding more depth to the journey. Overall, this Halong Bay day tour was outstanding in terms of both scenery and service, and it's well worth experiencing for every traveler!

The natural scenery was incredibly beautiful and majestic. Even though I was a little late because I misunderstood the pickup location, our guide Johnny kindly assisted me. He also responded quickly to my chat messages, so I was able to board without any issues! Make sure to check the boarding location sent via email the day before, as it might change from the initially designated spot.

It was a wonderful trip. Our guide Johnny was perfect, and the itinerary and food were all good. If you're planning a trip near Hanoi, I highly recommend the Halong Bay cruise. The transportation was very comfortable, and it was less strenuous. Thumbs up!!!

Overall, it was quite fun, especially with the guide! However, you cannot bring your plastic water bottle, and they do not provide drinking water, so you have to purchase it. There's also an additional purchase for the speedboat ticket.

Our tour guide, Hien, was excellent! He was very friendly and accommodating. He waited for us when we got stuck in traffic going to the meet up place, and was also very gracious to meet up with us when we left something on the shuttle. Will definitely recommend him and this tour and will book again when we come back hopefully in the summer. Would also like to commend the cruise staff at Arcady

Sehr zuvorkommender Reiseleiter, ich möchte Hiip, unseren Reiseleiter, loben, er ist sehr freundlich und höflich. Das Essen war großartig und lecker. Sehr sauberes und gut gewartetes Schiff. Unsere Halong-Bucht-Kreuzfahrt war der Höhepunkt unserer Reise.

It was an amazing experience. Mr. Hein, the tour guide, and Mr. Kevin, the coordinator, were helpful and planned the trip perfectly. The limousine service from Hanoi to the port was amazing and comfortable. Mr. Hein gave the group enough time to explore every destination included in the package. I highly recommend taking this experience whenever you visit Hanoi, Vietnam.
