We booked Ha Long Bay day tour from Hanoi through Klook and it was the best decision to do so as the price was pretty reasonable in comparison to the ticket price over the counter. The V Dream Cruise had wonderful ambience, super polite staff and excellent services. All the activities included in the itinerary were well coordinated and very well planned and executed. Kudos to the entire team. 100 % recommended.

Travel alone but don't make me feel alone ❤️ Mr. William (tour guide) was very good and Dolphin (tour operator) was so helpful. Food tasted so good. Cruise was so nice too, but I think more gazebos should be added to the cruise deck. Overall, I feel satisfied. Thank you so much 🙏

We arrived in Halong on the evening of July 2nd from Sapa and wanted to visit Halong Bay for a day tour on July 3rd. We tried to book all the cruise companies from Klook, but failed to get one because it was too late to book for the next morning. Fortunately, I found one, V'dream Company, so I booked quickly. A few minutes later, Aaron (from that company) contacted me with bad news, saying it was full. However, he is an excellent staff member who helped me find a similar option. He gave me excellent and accurate information to get on the other cruise, which I appreciate very much. Although we didn't get the chance to go with his company, he showed me how to achieve customer satisfaction. I fully acknowledge his service. I feel bad that he was trying to get me another option until 11 pm that night. He deserves an excellent customer service reward since his service goes beyond customer satisfaction with the best quality. I wish he would get a promotion, a better salary, and a big bonus. 👍
