We booked a last-minute one-day trip and paid via Klook. Soon after, we were contacted by the boat operator to confirm the time, pick-up/drop-off location, driver/guide's name, phone number, and vehicle registration. If you're staying in the Old Quarter, there's a free shuttle service. The car arrived on time. The Limousine bus was comfortable, had mobile chargers, and each person received a small bottle of water. Halfway to the pier, we stopped at a souvenir and food shop before continuing to the check-in building. We arrived at 11:00 AM and waited until 12:00 PM when the staff brought our tickets and escorted us to the boat. The boat was new and clean. The guide introduced the boat and the program. The food was a buffet, and the taste was decent. Initially, there weren't enough serving utensils, but more were added. The staff on the boat continuously refilled the food and professionally cleared used plates. The only extra cost was for drinks, which we ordered from the bar on the boat. I liked that the staff didn't push or constantly try to upsell. I felt comfortable. We ordered other drinks after the activities anyway. In the evening, with gentle sunlight, the deck started playing music and was ready for us to go up. The views were great during the return cruise, and the atmosphere was pleasant. There were snacks and an opportunity to make our own spring rolls. The female guide and the male staff member with glasses (23 May) took good care of us (I can't remember their names). If you're lucky enough not to encounter other impolite people, this trip will be perfect.

It was a bit difficult to find the guide at the meeting point; you really have to pay close attention to the bus name. So far, the trip has been quite enjoyable, and the lunch provided was varied and delicious. The activities offered were also interesting.

I had a wonderful trip with the Halong Aurora Day cruise. The cruise ship was very new and offered a buffet lunch with fresh, delicious food. The staff and Cruise management were friendly and supportive throughout the journey.

This trip was amazing, had so much fun, Andy was a great organizer and tour guide with good English and will follow up on you so you don't get lost during the trip, highly recommend.

It was an amazing trip. The cruise was very comfortable with a swimming pool on the top deck, the crew was very friendly and spoke good English. Delicious buffet lunch with nice decorations. Highly recommended!

Our group of 35 people included Chinese, Vietnamese, Italian, and French individuals. Lunch was excellent; I ate a lot of seafood, as well as hot dishes, salads, and desserts. The food portions were generous. Everyone was full, and the tour guide's English was good. The cave tour was great, but without a guide, it would just be an ordinary cave without any amazing effects.

Group of 35 people: we are Chinese, Vietnamese, Italians, French. Lunch was wonderful - I overate seafood, there were also hot dishes, salads, and desserts. Everyone had enough food. Our guide, Andy, spoke English and also knew Chinese. The cave tour was excellent. We talked with the guide throughout the entire walk. Without a guide, it would just be an ordinary cave, not producing any 'wow' effect. Next, you could choose between a kayak or a bamboo boat. A speedboat was available for an additional fee. We passed under the cave and saw a family of active monkeys. Then we landed on Titov Island. The water temperature was cool; you could swim, but it smelled strongly of gasoline from the ships. There was nothing else to do there. It's better to stay on the ship and swim in the jacuzzi. Afterwards, we returned to the port for a party. They served fruits (pineapple, watermelon, guava, dragon fruit) and there was dancing. The music was modern and not too loud. Everyone had enough food everywhere. The guide was super - he answered all our questions and even gave us his watch when we went kayaking because we didn't have one. It was clean and pleasant everywhere. There were showers and fresh towels.

Where should I begin? I don't know, because everything was great with the chilling and relaxing moment. The lunch foods were tasty. Mr. Andy was our tour guide. He was very nice, friendly, and informative. Very Pleased ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended
