I initially booked this cruise but due to lull season in Hanoi, we were switched to Athena Cruise with a small top up. Alice was very detailed and responsive with regards to our booking. The trip to Halong was smooth and Athena had a lounge just for us to wait which was pretty amazing. The cruise staff including Chien, Lily and Michael were very helpful, forthcoming and pleasant. My kids and I enjoyed our time thoroughly. thank you!

バイトゥロン湾コースのシグネチャークルーズに乗りました。 予期せぬアクシデントで、ハロン湾コースに変更されかけましたが、Klookのアリスが尽力してくれて、結果、期待以上の素晴らしい旅行になりました。 バイトゥロン湾ルートはとても静かで穏やかで、ボートは新しくはないけど素敵で良く手入れされて、どこも清潔に感じました。 私たちは唯一の日本人ゲストで、英語は得意ではありませんでしたが、船のマネージャーはとても親切に気にかけてくれ、不安になることはありませんでした。 私の高齢の母も、カヌーや泳ぎ、洞窟探検を楽しみました。 アリスと素晴らしいクルーの皆様に感謝です💖 おすすめ！

자연경관이 너무 아름답고 장엄했습니다. 픽업 장소를 잘못 알아서 조금 늦었는데도 조니 가이드님이 친절하게 안내해주셨어요 채팅 안내도 바로바로 답해주셔서 잘 탑승할 수 있었습니다! 꼭 하루전에 메일로 온 탑승장소를 확인하세요 처음 지정한 장소에서 변경될 수 있어요.

atm we are still ln board La Regina, if i can give 10 star i will. the trip is PERFECT for me and my husband. Peter is very accommodating and everyone treats us like ROYALTY. Peter see to it all our reasonable needs are met. all staff i cannot remember their names but despite visible tiredness their smiles never leave their faces. Peter was truly tired last night but he still put all of the guest first. for the itierary, it was just enough, not too tiring and not too boring. this cruise and this package is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED we will surely go back with family and friends

The trip was wonderful! Staff, food and accomodation was great. The only thing we regret is not staying for 2 nights. Thanks for a great trip!

We took one day trip from Ha Noi to Ha Long bay and was very amazed with the beauty of nature in Ha Long, it’s very worthy to visit there. And thank to our guide - Mr. Johny for his dedication and enthusiasm during the trip.

mid range 2D1N cruise, good value for price. good itinerary. friendly and efficient staff on board.
