Cruzeiro de 2D1N: Passeio pela Baía de Ha Long e Bai Tu Long

The basin in room 102 was leaking, but it didn't really bother us since we have a connecting room and just used the other basin. Room 104 has a jacuzzi. The activities were fun, the beds were comfy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food are nice.

Als jemand, der eine Balance zwischen körperlichen Aktivitäten im Freien und entspanntem Sightseeing mag, passte die Signature Cruise Reiseroute am besten zu mir. Die Landschaft des Fischerdorfes Vung Vieng war selbst bei Regenwetter wunderschön, und es war interessant, die Holzhäuser auf dem Wasser beim Kajakfahren zu sehen. Die Wanderung auf der Insel Thien Canh Son war auch großartig mit wunderschöner Landschaft in den Kalksteinhöhlen und am Strand. Es war nicht zu anstrengend und die restliche Zeit verbrachten wir damit, die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Schiffsrestaurant und dem Oberdeck zu genießen. Die Junior Suite ist ebenfalls gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Reiseleiter und die Crew sind außergewöhnlich! Mr. Morning, der Schiffsführer, war einfach der Beste, sehr herzlich und freundlich sowie sachkundig über die Region. Wir erhielten auch eine Überraschungs-Geburtstagsfeier während des Abendessens, und es war wirklich etwas Besonderes für meinen 40. Geburtstag. Ich würde diese Kreuzfahrt auf jeden Fall wegen ihrer großartigen Crew und der Einrichtungen an Bord sowie des unglaublichen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses empfehlen.

This cruise is an absolute must. From the van pickup at the hotel and coordination, to the security of making sure you get onto their boat okay, to the service on the cruise and fun excursions and kind staff, to the send off and ensured safe travel back to your hotel. everything was seamless. i didn't have to think. not to mention, the food, the staff, the service, the atmosphere was lovely. only thing i wish was included was the drinks.. because they were delicious!

Picturesque cruise on a comfortably equipped ship through Halong Bay and the adjacent Bai Tu Long Bay. Several stops at a pearl farm and a stalactite cave. Good and abundant meals. The tour guide Vinnie was well-informed, always helpful, and approachable.

We booked the tour with transfer. The bus ride was comfortable but the guide led us to the wrong counter for check-in. Luckily there were other staff around to help us find the correct one. The cruise itself was fantastic! Vinnie and his crew were very helpful, taking really good care of everyone. The meals were also superb! This route is more relaxing so we had time to chill and enjoyed the magnificent views of Halong Bay.

The itinerary was well planned. All activities were exciting and fun. The staff onboard were also friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The tour operator managed everything very well and helped us arrange transport at reasonable prices. The cruise room was clean and pleasant.

We took the signature cruise on the Bai Tu Long Bay course. Due to an unexpected incident, it was almost changed to the Halong Bay course, but Alice from Klook worked hard, and as a result, it turned out to be a wonderful trip that exceeded our expectations. The Bai Tu Long Bay route was very quiet and calm, and although the boat was not new, it was lovely and well-maintained, and everywhere felt clean. We were the only Japanese guests, and although we are not good at English, the ship's manager was very kind and attentive, so we never felt anxious. My elderly mother also enjoyed canoeing, swimming, and exploring caves. Many thanks to Alice and the wonderful crew 💖 Highly recommended!

We felt right at home, and the service quality of the cruise staff was truly five-star. We thoroughly enjoyed the services on board. Lunch and dinner were delicious, though breakfast on the second morning was a bit simple. The children absolutely loved this trip.
