Overall, it was an enjoyable trip! Booking through Klook was seamless. Transfer was on time and smooth. Enjoyed the variety of activities provided, from kayaking, hiking etc. However, squid fishing was not as ideal as it was not the season. Good spread of meals onboard, especially the set dinner course. Would definitely recommend.

After booking, the cruise staff contacted us. Their attitude was excellent, and they helped resolve many issues we encountered at the time, allowing us to travel smoothly and have a wonderful experience. The food on the ship was average, but the atmosphere was great, and the staff were all fantastic. We had a very leisurely and relaxing time on board, and there was even a sudden celebratory surprise. Overall, we were very satisfied. Whether it was the behind-the-scenes customer service or the staff on the ship, everyone provided a very comfortable and appreciative experience 🙏

It was a fantastic experience to be on this cruise. Good value for money. I appreciated the Milalux Cruise Team. They did a very good job from transfers from the hotel until the very end of the tour. A well-planned itinerary.

Because the original cruise booking was full, the agent professionally recommended this ship based on my needs. From booking to transfer, the agent provided very detailed notifications and reminders about the tour, which made me feel at ease. The shuttle bus seats were luxurious and comfortable, and the driver drove smoothly and safely. After boarding the ship at the pier, friendly service staff awaited us. Although the ship is not the newest, the facilities are well-maintained. The room was fragrant and very clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and hot water was supplied smoothly without waiting. The air conditioning was also powerful; I had to adjust the temperature up at night because it got cold. The ship's itinerary was packed, and the tour leader's commentary at each attraction was very clear. The service staff on this ship were all very friendly and always smiling, providing assistance whenever we had questions. In particular, Anna and Lan made us feel their passion for customer service and were very attentive. The itinerary and service on this ship made us very happy to take MilaLux to tour the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. We had a wonderful weekend there, but unfortunately, the time we could spend in Ha Long Bay was too short. We will definitely go again if we have the chance.

I would give it 5 stars totally. This entire experience was top-notch and worth every penny we spent. We were picked up from our hotel in a comfortable limousine and were taken for a brief tour to the pearl farm on our way to the cruise. Then we were transferred to Milalux Cruise where Tom and the staff gave the best services. The cruise was entirely clean, pleasant smell, top-notch food, lovely rooms with amazing views, and great attached showers and restrooms. We were taken to Ti Top Island and enjoyed 40 minutes of kayaking through the cave. There was even a cooking class. The dinner and breakfast were amazing too. We mentioned we were vegetarians, and they arranged such delicious food in good quantity for us. We saw them making extra efforts for newlywed couples and birthday celebrants there. The whole experience was wholesome with great memories. Thank you.

We originally booked the Athena, but the travel notice indicated it was fully booked for our dates. So, following our travel agent's recommendation, we chose Mila Lux! We boarded with some apprehension, but it turned out to give us a boatload of wonderful memories! I have to say, a large part of this joy was thanks to our guide, Lẫm! He brought everyone on the boat together and cared for each person; he was truly excellent. The dinner on board was also delicious!

Originally, I booked Alisa, but due to full occupancy, I was transferred to Mila. The contact person was very polite throughout the process. As for the itinerary, overall it was a very comfortable trip, and it's well worth the money to experience, apart from a few areas for improvement (the room was not as good as hotels in Hanoi city, and the kayaking trip was only 20-30 minutes, which felt a bit rushed).

Overall, the trip was great. The room facilities were a bit old but very clean, and both the bed and balcony were very comfortable. However, one day it rained heavily and I got completely soaked. I wish the tour guide could have informed us in advance. But the scenery was absolutely beautiful!
