Cruzeiro Erina 2D1N: Passeio pela Baía de Ha Long e Baía de Lan Ha

The friendly cruise ship team did an excellent job with our itinerary. Everything was clear and organized, according to schedule. Our cruise coincided with Halloween, and the waiters prepared a festive show for us, which was fun. I was especially pleased because the chef made me a cake!!! It was my birthday that day. Thank you. I was happy!!!!

The boat didn't seem to go to Lan Ha Bay, only moving near the location shown in the screenshot. The food was mediocre, but it might still be better compared to photos of other cheaper boats. The first day's itinerary felt a bit empty, with only kayaking by a shore, and the rest was dining and cooking classes on the boat. The service staff had a good attitude, and the room was similar to the photos circulating online. What was extremely unsatisfactory was the terrible internet reception; the Wi-Fi on the boat was completely unusable.

¡Vale la pena! ¡Visita obligada! Al principio, la minibús te recogerá en tu hotel. Aunque mi hotel está fuera del Casco Antiguo, lograron recogernos allí, cosa que otras aplicaciones no hacen. La minibús está limpia y el conductor es servicial. Luego, comenzó el viaje de 2 días y 1 noche para escapar de la ciudad. Nuestro guía turístico de habla inglesa, Dominic, nos guio durante todo el viaje. Es un tipo amable, responsable, servicial, divertido y nos cuidó muy bien. El itinerario está bien planificado y tuvimos tiempo suficiente para disfrutar de todas las actividades. La comida a bordo era deliciosa y variada. ¡También conocerás amigos de otros países! ¡Inolvidable!

This is a must-try tour. Halong Bay is such a beautiful place and overnight stay is highly recommended. Suprising Cave is also one of the highlights of this trip. Our guide Annie is very accommodating and approachable. It's also the best time to meet new friends.

The itinerary and schedule were great, with sufficient time for each activity. I particularly enjoyed the kayaking experience and the surprising cave. The climb to the top of Tip Top was invigorating in the cold! All the food was Asian fare and it was really good. Very delicious and well made! Drinks, except for two bottles of water, coffee, and tea during breakfast, are all chargeable. The facilities were all right; the crew did a great job at keeping them clean and tidy at all times. Our tour guide, Dominic, was friendly and helpful, always making sure that our needs were well taken care of. The crew was a great bunch too, helpful with the luggage and making sure everything was in order at all times. Overall, it was a great experience, worth the money we spent! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who isn't looking for a super fancy cruise to explore Halong Bay.

It was an amazing trip. The trip to Halong Bay was a surreal experience. An English-speaking guide accompanied us; he was witty and provided us with all the information. All arrangements, such as pickup from the hotel to boarding the ship and then returning to the hotel, were very well organized. There were people from different countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Argentina, Ecuador, and India, which was a unique experience in itself, and we shared light moments and laughed a lot. Those moments have become beautiful memories. As far as food is concerned, it was delicious and finger-licking. A variety of food was available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian categories. A cooking class was also arranged, where I learned to make Vietnamese rolls. Eating, sleeping, and playing on the ship was a beautiful experience. I would certainly like to join such a tour again in the future.

Chuyến đi tuyệt vời và đáng nhớ, rất đáng tiền :) Anh Chung, hướng dẫn viên của chúng tôi, rất nhiệt tình và tỉ mỉ, luôn quan tâm đến nhu cầu của chúng tôi trong suốt chuyến đi! Sự hiếu khách và dịch vụ tuyệt vời!

Trước hết, hướng dẫn viên du lịch Trang của chúng tôi thực sự xuất sắc. Cô ấy thân thiện, cung cấp nhiều thông tin và rất chu đáo. Cô ấy nói tiếng Anh trôi chảy. Cô ấy đúng giờ và kiên nhẫn. Our guide, Trang, speaks very good English and is also very friendly and helpful. The ship and room are comfortable. The food is fantastic, and we wish the portions were bigger. Please note that you have to pay for drinks on this cruise. Only the welcome tea, coffee, and tea during breakfast are included. The planned activities were okay, but we didn't get to swim due to the cold season. What surprised me was that Trang's boss actually waited for us with a souvenir when we alighted from our bus (after our trip)! That's customer service at its finest!
