This tour was a highlight. Everything was organized to a T, from the pickup and transfer to the boat schedule. The crew was warm and spoke great English, and the food was both delicious and plentiful. In four hours, we saw and did so much that it felt like a full day, and the pacing never felt rushed or unclear. Special mention to our guide, Melody, who was patient and friendly, with an inviting energy that made the whole group feel comfortable. Thank you for a great day on the bay!! 100% would recommend.

Such a beautiful and memorable day exploring Ha Long Bay! At first I thought we won't make it because there was a little confusion on the port, the address, but we did not see the tour guide... at least we made it. The scenery was breathtaking — surrounded by stunning limestone mountains. We visited Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, which was truly amazing and much bigger than I expected, with incredible rock formations and colorful lights. Then we stopped at Titop Island, where we climbed to the top for a spectacular panoramic view of the bay. It was a bit tiring but definitely worth it! The beach below was also nice for relaxing and taking photos. The lunch buffet on the boat was plentiful and tasty, with many dishes to choose from. Just a reminder though — all drinks, even bottled water, I met a lot of new acquaintances. And our table was full of laughter. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! I'd love to come back again and stay longer to enjoy more of Ha Long Bay's beauty.

The tour guide was excellent. Even though the app showed the wrong meeting pier, the guide still managed to arrange a car to pick me up and get me to the correct pier in time. The itinerary, which started from Ha Long Bay, continued until almost 6 PM before returning to the pier. If you have a subsequent bus arrangement, it's best to allow an extra 1-2 hours to avoid stress. The meals on the boat were quite good, but no drinks were included, not even water, so you need to bring enough of your own. There will be optional paid activities during the trip, starting from 50k. Overall, it's a worthwhile trip, but be sure to check the tour guide's WhatsApp notification the night before to avoid going to the wrong meeting point.

The Ha Long Bay trip offered a wealth of sights. Although every place we visited was crowded with many people, I believe it was worth visiting because of the beautiful natural scenery. The cruise seats were comfortable, and the delicious lunch provided while heading to Ha Long Bay was very satisfying. The cruise staff were also friendly. Our guide, David, was diligent and made efforts to ensure we had a comfortable trip.
