James was an excellent guide, knew about the tourist areas we were to visit and always emphasized on-time schedule. The buffet was really good, dining area was clean and foods were delicious and readily replenished. The bus driver was made the trip enjoyable with his smooth driving, best so far that I have experienced in Vietnam. He was on-time, observed safe distance, and was extra careful. I think he deserves an award or raise for his excellent driving skills.

I would recommend this cruise. The food was absolutely halal, and in fact, we might have been overfed, haha. Too full!

I really enjoyed this trip; it had both the sea and mountains. The tour guide was enthusiastic, the food on the boat was quite good, and the service was very attentive and thoughtful. The drinks weren't expensive and tasted quite good. Overall, we are very satisfied with this experience.

I loved the food on the cruise. We were actually a bit too full because we were fed so well! Booking through Klook was easy and Aaron reached out to me soon after to confirm our bookings. All meals on board are fully halal (yes, halal buffet for lunch and brunch!). Remember to let them know if you have a kid with you and they will prepare a kids set instead.

What an INCREDIBLE day!!! This will definitely be the highlight of my trip to Hanoi. Our guide, Billy, was wonderful. He was professional, personable and really went above and beyond to make sure this was a memorable experience for everyone. Anyone who’s ever traveled with a large group knows that getting dozens of adults to listen and stay on track is no small feat—especially on the water. Billy handled every situation with patience, professionalism, and a great sense of humor. No matter what came up, he kept everything running smoothly and made the day feel effortless. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide was 'Nghiep/Jobs' and he was just amazing!! The tour was well planned and we had so much fun!! Will definitely recommend this tour. Also the food was just delicious and had lots of variety.

The tour guide will contact you the day before to confirm the pick-up time and location for the next day. They will also diligently explain what to do along the way and enthusiastically assist everyone. Although it's not Ha Long Bay, the scenery should be quite similar. Compared to the other route, this one is less touristy, so it's a bit quieter. Finally, there's water activity time where you can experience kayaking yourself, which is great.
