Excellent experience, specifically our tour guide Binh/Billy. He was very accommodating, helpful, and truly cared about all the participants. He is also funny, knowledgeable, and seemed full of energy all throughout the day! The transfers were smooth, and they paid great attention to ensuring the comfort of all passengers. The buffet on the cruise was also very good and offered a great variety of food. The cruise ship itself is very clean and new, and the crew members were incredibly helpful. A fantastic cruise experience in Lan Ha Bay! The boat was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. Visiting Dark & Bright Cave by kayak was peaceful and relaxing. Compared to the main Ha Long Bay route, Lan Ha Bay feels much quieter and less crowded. If you prefer a more relaxing atmosphere and want to enjoy nature without the crowds, this is definitely the perfect choice. Highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

they picked us up from our hotel in Hanoi old quarter, the busses we took were very comfortable clean and large which made the long drive okay! we tranferred from a bus to a speed boat to another bus to the cruise itself and it was awesome! Mr. happy was a great tour guide with very good English! he told us a lot about the history of his hometown and joined in on the fun of the activities. would definitely recommend this tour.

A very memorable experience for us! Our guide, Happy, was also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and he took good care of all of us. We had so much fun kayaking around and learning about the Lan Ha Bay. Lunch was also surprisingly tasty with many dishes. Cruise ship was also clean and well-maintained. Отличный круиз, стоит каждого донга! Я удивлена отличным качеством за такой умеренный прайс. Корабль очень комфортный и чистый, можно сидеть внизу в прохладном помещении или повыше - на второй и третьей палубах на удобных сиденьях или лежаках. Обед сытный, с отличным выбором блюд, очень вкусный, и, что важно, команда учитывает все диетические ограничения и потребности. Маршрут очень красивый, хочется бесконечно залипать на скалы и море. Но особое впечатление - это гид Hau (mr. Happy): супер-энтузиаст, активный, веселый, внимательный, очень заряжает своим настроением и любовью к окружающей местности. Могу от всего сердца рекомендовать эту компанию и этот кораблик.

we had the best time on this day cruise! the communication with the company was very clear before the day, no problems with that all all! We got picked up and dropped off at our hotel, which was very much appreciated! the iteneary was so fun and relaxing too! We had Billy as our tour guide and he made sure we were safe, having fun, he also gave a lot of info about cat ba while on the tour! overall highly recommend! the food was delicious, the kayaking was a blast. had no problems at all. you should definitely book :) thank you Billy for all your hard work!
