If I could give them 10 stars out of 5, it still wouldn’t be enough — they truly deserve more than a perfect rating. This trip was amazing and fabulous in every way, and everything was perfect from the pick-up point to the very end. We were just 5 minutes late for pick-up our mistake, not theirs. Still, the driver met us right near the pick-up point since he had to leave soon. Despite that, they were incredibly precise with timing and followed their schedule perfectly. All the crew were cooperative and always smiling, giving us their best. The chef’s cooking was delicious. Our special celebration was arranged beautifully, in the friendliest atmosphere — we truly enjoyed our time there. Sunrise on tabel service-Robien the men who in charge was fantastic — we loved him so much. Bao also helped us throughout. So many other staff helped us too, too many to name, but every one of them was so kind .Dinner felt like a 5-star restaurant, with beautiful presentation. They even took drone photos

Celina cruise was an absolutely amazing experience. Between the stunning and spotless rooms and the exceptional food and service, we can see why this cruise is one of the top in Ha Long Bay. Although a little on the expensive side, the amazingly comfy bed and stunning views make up for it. The pool was perfect temperature with a beautiful view and the activities on day 1 were great. Although day 2 morning activities were cancelled due to a thunderstorm, the cruise was still a perfect experience thanks to the unbeatable hospitality with amazing staff. Special mention to Felix, Phuong Anh, and Ronald for their exceptional service and always going above and beyond for us. Hopefully we will be back soon!!

The overall experience was relaxed, and the staff were genuinely accommodating with good English communication skills. Jenny helped me with everything I needed, as did the entire staff. The pool was good too, food is good. Overall experience 9/10. It was a Thursday, but the boat was booked with more than 40 passengers on board, so there was no fine dining experience, but it was good either way.

Leona Cruise was a brilliant choice to be able to experience the caves, limestone cliffs, and monkey habitat. The buffet was absolutely delicious!! The staff and ship are top-notch!! I highly recommend this cruise line as it is extremely affordable and first class!

It was a good experience on the Hercules cruise. We were a group of 3 friends (all girls) and we boarded the limousine bus, which took us about 2 and a half hours to reach the deck. Our tour guide, Tình, was quite informative. At the deck, they welcomed us with a drink and a towel. Soon after, we had lunch, which offered a lot of vegetarian and non-vegetarian varieties. We visited the pearl farm, Sung Sot Cave (it was majestic, though about 700 steps), Ti Top Island (full of people, so we didn’t go), and enjoyed a free bamboo boat ride. By the time it ended, we had snacks and drinks. We came back relaxing at the top of the cruise. It was a good experience overall, and I think most cruises will offer similar amenities. Remember, they are very particular about timings; they won't hesitate to leave you if you are late.

Our guide, Vincent, is a very handsome and funny guy. He told me to write that he looks like a monkey, and he entertained us throughout the trip. It was such a nice trip; we enjoyed it a lot. There were nice food options with scenic views, amazing hiking to Ti Top Island, and swimming at the seashore. The cruise is brilliant, and the crew are exceptional. Especially Dan (Mr. Anh), the cruise manager. He was very welcoming and made the trip special from start to finish. He made sure we were well looked after by the staff, and made the tours fun & factful. The tours did take you to the top spots around Ha Long Bay, but they were at popular times so expect queues! The food on the cruise was nice, and they were very good with making sure food fit dietary requirements. Dinner was the standout as a “set menu”, whilst lunch and Breakfast & Brunch were buffet style. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a lovely balcony to relax on. Only big negatives were WiFi wasn’t the best & the hot water in our shower wasn’t consistent. Would definitely recommend this cruise, even potentially come back again and do a few more days!!! It was a very satisfying trip. My child and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. It happened to be my child's birthday, and the surprise they arranged gave him a wonderful memory. The trip and the staff (Dan, Chan, James…) were all very nice. I will definitely choose Amanda again next time!
