James was an excellent guide, knew about the tourist areas we were to visit and always emphasized on-time schedule. The buffet was really good, dining area was clean and foods were delicious and readily replenished. The bus driver was made the trip enjoyable with his smooth driving, best so far that I have experienced in Vietnam. He was on-time, observed safe distance, and was extra careful. I think he deserves an award or raise for his excellent driving skills.

The Halong Bay day tour is superv. If you are planning to visit Hanoi Vietnam please include this in your itinerary. Specially, sir Robert our tour guide very accommodating and friendly. making sure that pir experience would be great. My hear is so happy

Booked the cruise and it was truly awesome experience with my family. Group of 10 peoples, pick up was ontime, trip was smooth. Our tour guide Nam was a very nice person and passionate of guiding us and also a good photographer, he knows the best spot to take picture and also good at taking best shot. Food was nice, cruise itself was great. Worth of value. 😁👍

This trip was worth the price! I really enjoyed my birthday staying at the cruise. The cruise was so clean, the staffs were really nice and accomodating, especially William who served us. was so nice and always smiling at us. Also, our tour guide Mr. Lee is very nice and very accomodating. He extended his effort by going to our AIRBNB because we got stuck inside because of the electric door. This is the 1st time that I never encountered any problem. I will book this agin with my family.
