Hercules Grand Luxury Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

If you are first time in Hanoi then you must give a try in Ha long Bay..Today we had a Great experience with Hercules Grand Luxury Cruise. The whole entire trip was excellent and fantastic. Especially tour Guide Henry was friendly and his historical very well experienced and explanation on the entire trip. I would Highly recommend Hercules Grand Luxury Cruise and value for money. If Henry is your tour guide during the trip then I'll say it'll be more fantastic.

This cruise turned out to be an absolutely fantastic experience! The Hercules team was truly Hercules! 💪🏻 From the very beginning, the operator provided quick updates, including schedule less than 24 hours before the trip. The pick-up point was also conveniently located near our hotel. Our tour leader, Nam, was super friendly, informative, and helpful. He provided excellent hospitality and was also a great photographer for us haha! 📸😂 The limousine was comfortable and drove smoothly. Even though the weather wasn’t the best, the driver was careful, and we felt safe throughout the journey. And the cruise itself? SO amazing! 😍 The food was fantastic, everything was clean, and all the crew members were friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, it was definitely value for money, and we’re very happy with the experience! I highly recommend this cruise! Great service, delicious food, comfortable transportation, and an unforgettable experience from start to finish!

had so much fun on the tour today! Halong Bay is definitely worth the visit even in the rain, it’s a totally different vibe and we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The transfer service was punctual and safe, and cruise ship was modern and comfortable. Our tour guide Nam was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour if you are looking to see the best of Halong in a day.

This review was extremely satisfying in every way. Our guide, Henry, was incredibly kind and explained Vietnam's history and culture in easy-to-understand English, which allowed us to appreciate the tourist sites more deeply. We opted for the speedboat, which was also a fantastic experience. I was a bit worried about my mom having to move around too much since we were traveling together, but she absolutely loved it. Another great aspect of the trip was that everyone in our group was punctual, so we arrived at attractions before other teams, allowing us to explore without too much crowding.

I felt this was the best trip ever that I’ve been to, money well-spent. impressed with the transport arrangements, food quality, services rendered on the cruise, programme arranged, especially glad that we have actually booked the newest cruise which looks so grand and clean. price paid was extremely reasonable and honestly a best event day added on our short holiday. We absolutely loved the smooth operations and especially a big thank you to our Tour Guide Henry! Henry have well planned everything foreseen and made us felt so relieved and relaxed. He is very responsive, humble, experienced, thoughtful and yet a very humorous guy. Thanks so much for everything and making our Hanoi holiday a great memorable holiday. :)

We joined the Halong Bay tour with Hercules Grand Luxury today and we had a really great experience. Henry is an amazing tour guide, he shared relevant information, and care for all the guests. The cruise staff are all kind too. Buffet lunch is good with adequate choices. The trip at Sung Sot and Ti Top was a good experience for our family. It might be quite tiring especially that it was really hot but thankfully it didn't rain. We opted to take a speed boat instead of kayaking or bamboo boot, and it was a best decision, what an awesome experience (thanks to Nam and to the boat driver). With so many choices for the cruise, it is highly recommended to take Hercules Grand Luxury, the boat is beautiful! Thanks to the whole team.

Our guide, Truong, was incredibly kind! He explained everything thoroughly and politely, and even after the main explanations, he continued to approach us, chat, and provide individual explanations, paying attention to every detail. He's also great at taking photos (better than me!). If there was a photo spot, he'd offer to take pictures without us even asking, and he took great ones, which was very satisfying! And he's always smiling. Oh, and definitely take the speedboat! We saw other reviews and decided we had to try it, but then hesitated when we heard the price. However, after taking it, we realized there was no need to hesitate; it was absolutely, incredibly wonderful! They even took photos at scenic spots from the boat. 👍👍 The staff were friendly, and the package was well-organized and excellent! I highly recommend the Ha Long Bay tour. We came on a family trip with my parents, and everyone, including my parents and younger sibling, was completely satisfied! 👍👍
