Cozy Bay Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

We had a great time on our cruise. It was an excellent value for the money. Our guide Duc, did a great job explaining everything and even giving us a bit of history about our tour. The transfers were quick and smooth. The tour itself was not overcrowded but very comfortable. The buffet was tasty and fresh as well. I would recommend this tour to anyone that is interested in visiting Ha Long Bay.

Our trip with Cozy Bay Cruise was honestly one of the best parts of our Vietnam trip. From start to finish, the experience felt smooth, fun, and memorable. The highlight of course is Halong Bay itself. The views are unreal—limestone mountains, calm water, and parang nasa postcard ka the whole time. Super relaxing and scenic. The cruise activities were well organized. We got to visit places like caves, beaches, and even tried kayaking. Hindi boring kasi may schedule talaga, but at the same time, may time ka rin to relax and enjoy the view.  The staff and tour guide were very friendly and accommodating. They explained everything clearly and made sure everyone was comfortable during the trip. Service was one of the strong points of this cruise.  Food was also a big plus—maraming options and masarap, especially seafood. Even special diets like vegetarian are accommodated, which is nice. 

EXTREMELY GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. The regular bus travel from Hanoi is good with one stopover with some quick educational talk about fabric industries in Vietnam. Smooth sailing cruise. A lot of time to take pics and vids at island stops. The buffet lunch is great...i enjoyed the shrimps and oysters. My friends loved the soup and chicken. Very accommodating crew. We met new friends during the trip. Drinks onboard are affordable and taste well. Upper deck view was amazing. I will book again, if ever. Highly recommended.

I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by how well everything was arranged throughout the entire trip. From the bus transfer to the ship, everything was clean, new, and very well maintained. The entire experience felt smooth, comfortable, and thoughtfully organised from start to finish. The food was of very good quality, and every meal was enjoyable. A special mention to our guide, Long, who spoke excellent English and made the journey even more engaging and enjoyable. One small area for improvement would be the sunset party, which I personally did not enjoy as much. It might be even better if this could be enhanced with a simple tea break setup, such as pastries, sandwiches, and a selection of coffee and tea, to create a more relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, I truly had a wonderful time and appreciated the effort put into delivering such a pleasant experience

Our tour guide, Binh, was very responsible, providing detailed explanations of the attractions and important information. He stuck with us throughout the itinerary, sweating right alongside us. The boat staff at Ha Long Bay were fantastic! The female service staff were so friendly, my kids loved them. The sunset party was a lot of fun, with dance music playing while everyone drank and danced together – it was a blast! Choosing this tour for my first trip to Hanoi, Vietnam was the best decision. Plus, the tour guide's English was excellent! His explanations were very clear. Surprise Cave truly lives up to its name; it's incredibly huge inside. Because of the stalactites, the ground is wet, but not enough to soak your shoes. I recommend wearing non-slip sandals if you plan to go. And don't forget to bring a personal fan.

Had a wonderful day tour to Ha Long Bay. The itinerary was well planned and sufficient to cover the main highlights without feeling too rushed. Our tour guide, Tea, was very enthusiastic, friendly, and did a great job keeping everything on schedule throughout the day. The overall atmosphere on the cruise was fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. A couple of things to take note of: the tourist spots were quite crowded, which is understandable given how popular Ha Long Bay is. It would also be great if the cruise could provide complimentary plain water on board for guests. Overall, it was still a very enjoyable and memorable experience, and I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Everything was wonderful! From the panoramic views to the cruise service and the food. The service was truly convenient for two retirees. They pick you up at the hotel and drop you off afterward. The visit to the caves was stunning. Highly recommend this cruise tour!

Ha Long Bay is truly worth a visit. The scenery is incredibly beautiful and magnificent. Booking through Klook was very convenient, and we were able to be picked up directly from our accommodation. After booking the tour, the guide contacted us the day before. The pricing was transparent and convenient. There was a shopping stop, which was mainly for restroom breaks, but there was no pressure to buy anything. We stayed for about 20 minutes. This wasn't mentioned in the itinerary, so those who book should be aware. I highly recommend the guide in the photo; he was excellent! He was smiling throughout the entire service and provided a lot of valuable insights. He promptly handled any questions we had. Before boarding the boat, I suggest bringing a thermos filled with water and some snacks, as there's a longer wait between lunch and afternoon tea.

Bobby was amazing and took great care of us! Pickup was on time, smooth ride to Ha Long Bay and back, and everything went smoothly! Itinerary was great and we had a fun time! Highly recommend and would do it again!
