great experience with one minor hiccup. let me start with whats great, i love the bus driver he was kind and also attentive to the tourists cause my sister mistakenly boarded the wrong bus but he saw her and called out to her. another is that he is such a great driver that i can fall asleep and trust that we are safe. for the guide, martin is kind and helped my sister wash her wound as she fell off the bike. MY CONCERN is that theres not enough medical supply in case of emergency and why are the bikes provided with breaks that do not work? but i must say, all in all it was a very great experience and its really good for the value of your money.

Our family enjoyed the trip sooo much! Nam is our tour guide. From meet up upto the end he is on top of things. We never had a dull moment - a lot of stories. He's talkative and knowledgeable of history and geography. He really is a master! 😁 I love the whole journey!! For Hercules Grand, i love the food and the crew are all kind and passionate! we really enjoyed this day. 100% recommended!! Halong Bay dagstur, virkelig verdig navnet «Guilin på havet»! 🌊 Vi dro fra Hanoi om morgenen, en kjøretur på rundt 2,5 timer. Selv om det var litt langt, var det verdt det da vi så det smaragdgrønne vannet og tusenvis av kalksteinsøyer. Å seile mellom øyene var som å tre inn i et tusjmaleri. Til lunsj spiste vi sjømat om bord, smaken var grei, men det var veldig behagelig å spise mens sjøbrisen blåste. Det mest overraskende var å padle kajakk og utforske grottene, vannet var så klart at man kunne se bunnen. På Ti Top Island klatret vi over 400 trinn, og utsikten over hele Halong Bay fra toppen var virkelig betagende. En dagstur er definitivt travel, så jeg anbefaler å overnatte hvis man har mulighet. Men som en kort opplevelse er det veldig kostnadseffektivt, anbefales! Guiden Johnny var entusiastisk, hensynsfull og detaljorientert, noe som var veldig bra.

Best value on money to have this trip. On time, the guide is nice and funny. The itinerary was top notch we were having so much fun. I like the cruise trip the most. it was clean and comfy. Even the food was nice. would love to get back

Absolutely wonderful!!! Delicious food, a great selection at the buffet, everything hot and tasty. The guide was an absolute sweetheart, with excellent English and amazing charisma❤️ We visited two caves and an island with a beach. The cruise ship itself is very well-equipped, with showers, a jacuzzi, and a bar. The only thing that would have been great is if there had been free plain water on board.
