Alina Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay Tour with Sung Sot & Ti Top

Overall, this product offers good value for money. The guide's schedule management and related explanations were excellent, but the bus seats were uncomfortable during transit. The bamboo boat at Luon Cave was good, but there wasn't much to see inside Sung Sot Cave. At Ti Top Island, it seems better to just stay on the cruise ship.

The limo bus was comfortable and our guide, Johnny Minh, was fantastic - he was patient and attentive, and had such a warm and friendly attitude, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The itinerary was well planned, with plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. First of all, the overall itinerary is too packed to be comfortably done in a single day! The travel time is long, and too much time is wasted at shopping centers along the way. Even if it means raising the tour price somewhat, the time spent at shopping centers should be reduced. I don't know if it was just me, but due to a mix-up at the morning pickup location, the bus left without me. To make matters worse, I showed my booking voucher to the driver, but he ignored me and drove off. Later, a guide came on a motorcycle to pick me up, and I was taken to another meeting point where I barely managed to get on the bus. Meeting points and times really need to be checked and confirmed accurately. Also, regarding the information about water: water is not provided with lunch; it is sold for a fee (25,000 VND). They tell you not to bring plastic water bottles under the pretext of environmental protection, but it feels like a marketing tactic to sell water! Plastic water bottles are sold everywhere at the Ha Long Bay tourist site. Just bring water in your bag! You walk for an hour when visiting the cave, and you will definitely need water then, as well as during lunch. Otherwise, you can just buy everything you need. As mentioned earlier, since you have to do a lot of walking when visiting the cave, sneakers are a must instead of slippers. Honestly, there is not enough time to swim at Titov Island. They only give about 50 minutes of free time, so you basically just look around the island and that's it! Finally, because travel time takes up so much of the day, visiting the tourist spots feels more like just stopping by for a quick selfie before moving on. Please keep this in mind when making your choice. This has been a rambling review! Thank you.

I booked through Klook and had a comfortable tour. The Halong Bay cruise one-day tour was really great. Although the weather wasn't ideal, which was a bit disappointing, it's still a place worth visiting at least once. Our guide, Johnny Handsome, was kind and took great photos. We had a wonderful day!

Great value for money coming out with kids. A long day but we'll worth it for the views. Honestly got better every time I looked. Buffet was delish with a big variety.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, organized, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. His enthusiasm and helpfulness really enhanced the trip. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our visit to Vietnam, and we would highly recommend it to others.

The Halong Bay day tour with Michael as our guide was very enjoyable. Among many tours, we chose Alina and booked the limousine bus transfer from Hanoi. We were picked up from our Old Quarter accommodation and boarded comfortably; the bus was also satisfactory. During the journey to Halong Bay, we received explanations in English about the schedule and itinerary. Upon arrival at Halong Bay, we met other travelers and boarded the Alina Cruise. The prepared lunch was delicious, and the time allocated for each part of the itinerary was well-distributed, which was great. In particular, our guide Michael did an excellent job leading the travelers and kept the tour lively, making it a very satisfying experience.

The buses and cruises in Hanoi were all comfortable, and the itinerary was really well-packed! You can experience all the best highlights without having to make the trip from Hanoi to Ha Long yourself. 😉 Our guide's name was Huy Dong, and he was so kind and enthusiastic, which made it a pleasure to finish the tour :) I recommend this tour if you want a light travel experience of Ha Long, and I think it's worth joining even if you're traveling solo!
