Hotels in Ha Long

we had a wonderful experience with Ambassador Cruise for our we’d anniversary. Due to health reasons we couldn’t join with some of the excursions but in no way did that detract from the overall experience. The food was amazing and the staff were all so helpful and friendly especially the cruise manager.

Breakfast: delicious with a good variety of dishes, especially the pastries and pho, which were very good.

Very relaxing cruise, worth every penny. Definitely a must try when you visit Vietname.

We stayed 2 nights at Halios Hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious. There was a small leak in the shower, but nothing big. The neighbourhood is quiet, no construction happening while we were there, the streets were silent from 11pm to 7am. The vibrant market of Ha Long is quite close. Unexpected bonus : the playlist in the lobby (relaxing piano Ghibli music ❤️)

we had a fantastic experience on the Scarlet Pearl, 3 nts 4 days was perfect for us to get the most out of Halong Bay. We enjoyed something different everyday. Boat trips through caves, Kayaking, A trip to Cat Ba island is a must. The beaches there are amazing. Food on board was fantastic & plentiful.

reception greeting very unfriendly request for extra pillow and soap was declined only 1 pillow each. no hand cleaner for basin only cleaner was to use shower gel located inside shower and none in wash room near restaurant room ok. pool green slime.on inner walls fire stairs blocked with a baricade on each floor. has bones to be good but lacks the care factor
