My family had a wonderful vacation, and the dinner at the Pavilion restaurant was especially impressive.

we had a wonderful experience with Ambassador Cruise for our we’d anniversary. Due to health reasons we couldn’t join with some of the excursions but in no way did that detract from the overall experience. The food was amazing and the staff were all so helpful and friendly especially the cruise manager.

Awesome cruise , great service. The first day Lunch was very good , Dinner was a little disappointing & not all the amenities were open. The boat was well appointed & very comfortable.

Cleanliness: 90. Located next to Vincom, staying on a high floor here offers direct views of the beautiful Ha Long Bay. The price is very good for Ha Long Bay, and the staff are dedicated. My stay was very pleasant.
