Nous avons vécu une expérience merveilleuse avec Ambassador Cruise pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Pour des raisons de santé, nous n'avons pas pu participer à certaines excursions, mais cela n'a en rien gâché l'expérience globale. La nourriture était incroyable et le personnel était très serviable et amical, en particulier le directeur de croisière.

Superbe croisière, excellent service. Le déjeuner du premier jour était très bon, le dîner était un peu décevant et toutes les commodités n'étaient pas ouvertes. Le bateau était bien aménagé et très confortable.

Cleanliness: 90. Located next to Vincom, staying on a high floor here offers direct views of the beautiful Ha Long Bay. The price is very good for Ha Long Bay, and the staff are dedicated. My stay was very pleasant.
