we had a wonderful experience with Ambassador Cruise for our we’d anniversary. Due to health reasons we couldn’t join with some of the excursions but in no way did that detract from the overall experience. The food was amazing and the staff were all so helpful and friendly especially the cruise manager.

Although the weather wasn't great due to the rainy season, it had its own charm, so we leisurely enjoyed Lan Ha Bay for two days and one night. The cruise staff were friendly, and the food and service were excellent.

Awesome cruise , great service. The first day Lunch was very good , Dinner was a little disappointing & not all the amenities were open. The boat was well appointed & very comfortable.

Their staff were very supportive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They especially went the extra mile by arranging a bus to Hanoi for us. Their kindness and support truly meant a lot to us.
