Every arrangement made was accordingly. The private transfer and transport were good and comfortable. All the drivers that served us were very punctual. The only issue was communication with the driver due to their English proficiency, but it can be resolved with Google Translate. The service from Mie (SST travel )is superb. She responded fast to all my enquires and problems. I will definitely looking for her for my next trip to HCMC.

Trip to Sapa was great. Managed very well by the team. There were some things which could have been improved. There was no guide during the trip so the guests were facing difficult to speak with Vietnamese driver. Team got a solution to chat with them which they can convey to the driver. Also, some of the seats were already reserved by them and we were told to sit behind even when we were first to on board, so that was weird. For the cat cat village the trek was great and our guide chai was very accommodating.

Thank you to Klook for arranging our three-day trip to Sapa. Our local tour guide, Mie, took us to Cat Cat Village and various scenic spots, giving us an unforgettable opportunity to experience the local community, its people, and its unique cultural traditions. What impressed us the most was walking along the small paths through the countryside and seeing the beautiful terraced rice fields, with their layers of golden rice swaying in the breeze. It felt like stepping into the peaceful and picturesque world described in the famous Chinese work "The Peach Blossom Spring" by Tao Yuanming, which was truly a touching experience. We also had the opportunity to see and learn about the local embroidery culture. This was a wonderful and memorable journey, and we sincerely appreciate Klook and Mie for making our Sapa experience so special.

really appreciate the management of this tour. they make sure we are well taken care of throughout the entire trip. from Hanoi, prior arrangement was made, waited at the train station to make sure we on the right train. right up to the sleeper bus trip back. in sapa, only manage to cover 3 attraction, but def we will be back for more. recommending this to those whom just want a fuss free sapa trip planing, esp with kids.

this is one of greatest experience of me in this VietNam journey. driver is so friendly, he drive so smoothly. about hotel, they reservation for me a room can not be better, it have a view can look down see all Sapa. thank you so much for your experience and very recommend for everyone

the trip was well organised through out. the sleeper bus was comfortable to begin with. I particularly liked the accommodation where you can meet travellers from all around the world. being a solo traveller it was really nice to engage with other travellers. they offered rice wine also known as happy water for a toast during dinner. really cool. and of course my wonderful guide CHANG was especially attentive and ensure our safety during the trek. the third day trek though short was a little challenging for me having to walk along the terrace of the padi field and I landed one foot in the field. lucky she was holding me. A good trek if you enjoy some challenges. definitely the highlight of my Vietnam trip.

It is a wonderful way to take the bus from Sapa back to Hanoi. The sleeper bus can let you lay down which is more comfortable for than sitting for a 7 hour journey. You may take a nap or play your phone with electricity charger. Time flies.

I had an excellent experience traveling from Hanoi to Sapa with G8 Open Tour. The cabin sleeper bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the long journey much more relaxing than expected. The seats were spacious, and the sleeping cabins provided enough privacy to rest during the trip.
The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the journey. Boarding was well organized, and the bus departed and arrived on schedule, which made planning the rest of my trip very convenient. The driver handled the mountain roads safely and smoothly, giving passengers confidence throughout the ride.
I was also impressed with the overall value for money. The service, comfort, and convenience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend G8 Open Tour to anyone traveling between Hanoi and Sapa. It is a reliable and comfortable option, and I would happily choose this service again on my next visit to Vietnam.
