The bus also left on time according to their scheduled departure, so we didn’t have to wait too long. The bus is clean and comfortable. The bus was a bit late but there are lounges at the terminal you can sit in while waiting. No one was replying to us in the evening and morning about the shuttle so we took a taxi, they apologised anyway. Price is good and travel went smoothly.

I sleep like a puppy on this bus. Good AC no weird smell compare to other brand. Driver not shoutting at us like the Blue Brand G8 we took previously. Wonder supporting from Rachel who help us find our bag back when we accidentally leave it on the transfer bus.🥹Good brand to trust your trip on🥳

I wasn’t a fan of a sleeper bus and this was one of the best decision’s I ever made in this travel. Loved the over all experience. I think I have overused the massage in the chair as I enjoyed it a lot during the trip. lol. Will surely book the same once I go back to Sapa.
