We had the absolute best time with Chloe. She was on time and provided us with bottles of water each. She was so knowledgeable and gave us the history and background of some of the dishes and restaurants. We tried eel for the first time which was actually pretty good! Chloe spoke very good English so we had great conversations throughout the tour. Thank you so much Chloe for everything!

The location is right on the main street, making it easy to find. The staff is warm and friendly. The massage therapists are just right, with skilled techniques. The environment is beautiful and comfortable, highly recommended~

Food - yum yum. The guide Ryan was good. nit sure if you can request dor a guide but I highly him. He has a lively nature, infomative and knows his job. TIP: DO NOT EAT BREAKFAST. FOods were not sample servings. full meal. we were not able to finish every dish.

We had a wonderful experience with Hercules Grand luxury Cruise at Ha Long Bay! The cruise was luxurious, the food was delicious, and the breathtaking views made the journey truly special. A special thanks to our guide, Brian, for his efforts and excellent hospitality. His jovial personality, friendly attitude, and interesting insights kept everyone engaged and entertained throughout the trip. It’s a fantastic experience suitable for all ages, making it perfect for families and groups. Highly recommend Hercules Cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay

Every arrangement made was accordingly. The private transfer and transport were good and comfortable. All the drivers that served us were very punctual. The only issue was communication with the driver due to their English proficiency, but it can be resolved with Google Translate. The service from Mie (SST travel )is superb. She responded fast to all my enquires and problems. I will definitely looking for her for my next trip to HCMC.

Piey is so well versed in Vietnamese coffee culture. Great personality for such an inclusive deep dive into coffee and how it's made. I recommend her 1000%. The small class size makes the experience a bigger plus.

I had a wonderful experience with the Ao Dai costume rental and photography service in Hanoi! The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in choosing the perfect Ao Dai. There were many beautiful designs and colors to choose from, and the costumes were clean and well-maintained.
The photography service was also excellent. The photographer was professional, patient, and knew how to guide me with poses and positioning. They also brought me to beautiful locations that really captured the charm and atmosphere of Hanoi.
I absolutely loved the photos—the quality, composition, and natural-looking poses exceeded my expectations. The whole experience was enjoyable, from choosing the costumes to the actual photoshoot.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vietnam who wants to experience wearing a traditional Ao Dai and have beautiful photos to remember the trip! 🇻🇳📸✨

The time I booked an deep muscle massage for 90 minutes. The shop is clean and chilled. You can choose the massage oil. The technician is professional, with sufficient effort. This made me relaxing. After ending the massage, you can have a cup of tea and some small biscui.
