The Hanoi Night Sightseeing Double-Decker Bus was a wonderful experience and a relaxing way to explore the city after sunset. The upper deck offered fantastic views of Hanoi’s beautifully illuminated landmarks, including Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. The cool evening breeze made the ride even more enjoyable. The audio guide provided interesting information about the city's history and culture. The route was well planned, allowing us to see many famous attractions without the hassle of walking through crowded streets. I highly recommend this experience for first-time visitors who want to enjoy Hanoi’s vibrant nighttime atmosphere and capture some great photos along the way

While taking a walk around Hoan Kiem, I saw some staff members and asked about the schedule. Since I didn't have cash, I booked right away on Klook in front of them and boarded immediately. It was nice to see famous places in Hanoi from the outside and have a Korean-speaking guide, but the timing was a bit off, so I listened to the explanations while looking at Google Maps. Even though it was late October morning, the sun was hot, so I used the Non la (conical hat) they gave me to avoid the sun, but in the shade, it was nice to take off the hat and feel the cool breeze^^

I was very happy to join this half-day tour and really enjoyed the experience. One small suggestion would be to consider allocating specific seats to each guest, so everyone can keep the same seat throughout the tour rather than having to find a new one at each stop.

taking this tour was the best thing I did in Hanoi. the transportation from one location to another was comfortable. it would have been helpful if the itinerary mentioned the closed places for the day. but guide was super helpful and really nice. when some places were closed he showed alternatives. within one day we got to see many beautiful places in Hanoi

I really enjoyed this tour! It was a great chance to visit the incense-making village and the traditional conical hat village and learn more about the local culture. The places were beautiful, and it was interesting to see how the locals make these traditional products by hand. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere and the chance to take some lovely photos.

It was the final day of my solo trip. I suddenly booked this tour two days in advance because I wanted to learn more about Vietnam and have someone who speaks Japanese guide me around. Since it was a female guide, Ngoc took care of me one-on-one. Even though I didn't have much of a plan, she made great suggestions, and we were able to visit various museums and shops. (We got around using Grab, so it's a good idea to have the app installed!) At the very end, I made a selfish request to go to a massage parlor. It seemed to be a place she frequented, so I was able to get a slight discount. Traveling alone, it's hard to take pictures of yourself, but she took photos of me at all the key spots. Ngoc was charming and kept smiling until the very end, making my last day extremely fulfilling and soothing. Thank you so much!!

This tour was such a great experience! we had Mike as our guide and he was such a genuine and kind person who truly loves what he does. It was a great way to get around to some of the main landmarks eothout having to get a grab everywhere but also a nice break to 'Banana Island' in lush greenery once you get there. (Ignore the rubbish along the way, as this is a slum area and no policing this. Mike explains this very well. So be mindful.)

Also great communication and easy to get hold of Hadea and to understand her too. haw a calm and kind demeanour and very understanding. I was running late due to early morning traffic and she was very understanding too. Also got to go see a famer and his farm and meet the animals and see how they live.
