worth every penny spent in this hotel. Location-wise, value for money, even had the most accomodating and kind staffs. Highly recommended!!!

This hotel is perfect for those who wanted to stroll around old quarter. All of the tourist attraction is walkable.

We checked in late at the hotel after coming from Sapa, but I notified them in advance and they were very accommodating. When we arrived, a staff member was already waiting in the lobby and kindly helped us with our luggage to our room. The elevator is quite small, but it was fine for us. Our room was clean and complete with the amenities and toiletries we needed. The bathrobes and towels also smelled fresh, and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which was really good. Aside from the available buffet options, you can also ask the chef to prepare other dishes from their menu. The location is another plus. The hotel is right in the center of the Old Quarter, within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, and establishments. I was also able to walk to St. Joseph’s Cathedral, and Hoan Kiem Lake is nearby as well. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

The place was easy to find and in the heart of the city. The staff who attended to us (Kate) was very helpful and friendly. She pointed to us the nearest michilin bun cha are and it also did not disappoint us. The place was comfortable and clean. However, they do not have enough socket for charging because we were three pax who checked in. Luckily they have extension wire for us.

We only stayed for one night, but we truly had a wonderful experience at Holiday Emerald Hotel. The staff were so kind, approachable, attentive, and accommodating. They were always willing to help and made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Even though our stay was short, their excellent service really stood out. To anyone planning to stay here, don’t hesitate to book! The hotel is very well-managed, the staff are genuinely kind and helpful, and you can really feel that they care about their guests. We’re very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again. ❤️ Highly recommended!

The front desk very helpful and approachable they help us to arrange our transportation everytime we are going to places we wanted and the location of hotel is walking distance from the tourist spot like st Joseph cathedral 5 mins away and also train street 10 mins only and a famous food bon cha 2 mins , so i highly recommended this hotel at old quarter area . breakfast: perfect transport access: perfect hotel location: perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with our overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thanks to the receptionist, who was very approachable, friendly, and informative. They answered all of our questions with patience, provided helpful recommendations, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and welcoming. Their outstanding hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
