Deluxe Double Room ¡ 2 Adults ¡ 5 Nights

We stayed here for 6D5N and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Hanoi Old Quarter! 😊 The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Since we arrived early, they stored our luggage and gave us a map with recommendations for attractions, money exchange, food, coffee, and beer spots. They also helped bring our luggage to our room—excellent customer service! The location is convenient. From the airport, take Bus 86 (orange bus) and get off at 162 Tran Quang Khai, then walk ~15 mins or take Grab with big luggage. Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market are ~10–15 mins away, while a convenience store is 1–2 mins away and a laundry shop ~4 mins away. Our room was spacious, clean, allergy-friendly, and well-maintained. AC, ceiling fan, good water pressure, and complete amenities. Housekeeping cleaned daily and restocked water, coffee, and tea. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. For our early checkout, they even prepared takeaway breakfast. Such a thoughtful gesture!

The hotel really likes hanging lamps hahaha Hotel Location: The hotel is located in the middle of the Old Quarter Area. It is not in the busy part of the Old Quarter, so it is a bit quiet, but the area still has nearby shops and restaurants. There is a Circle K (convenience store) within walking distance. It is also easy to book a Grab here. My hotel room is very spacious. Service: The front desk staff is friendly and easy to talk to. I was able to book an airport transfer through them for my early morning flight. I really appreciate that the hotel has a dedicated and secure area for luggage. Cleanliness: The room and the hotel in general are clean and well-maintained. They also come by every day to refresh my room. I recommend that the hotel have a stronger exhaust in the bathroom, though. Food: The buffet area is at the back of the hotel. The food is okay.

I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and want a good night’s sleep. The location is also excellent, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and it’s conveniently close to Dong Xuan Market and Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff are friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator, but the staff go above and beyond to assist guests, including helping carry luggage, which we truly appreciated.
