The staff were polite and helpful. The room itself was a little bit older, AC in our room wasn’t cooling enough even after them “fixing” it. They do clean the room daily. Buffet breakfast was decent but choices are limited. Stayed for 3 nights and it was an ok experience for us.

The Hanoi Graceful hotel localtion is inside old quater, easy to acess all place. The room is very good and tidy, nice, we got the upgrade offer from the hotel. The staff is very friend especially Ms Lucky, she welcome us and very helpful. The hotel also offer the tour with good rate 👍 We had great honeymoon at Hanoi Graceful hotel, we will come back in the near future🌹🌹🌹

A great hotel with staff available 24/7. The room was very nice, comfortable, and relaxing. We also loved the buffet breakfast, which was freshly prepared by the staff every day. The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, making it within walking distance of many tourist attractions coffee shops.One thing we noticed was that the lobby felt quite warm, although it may have been because the air conditioning was turned off when we were there. Nonetheless, the rooms were air-conditioned and very comfortable. The staff were also kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay ☺️
