the staffs here are very friendly and nice! the hotel is also conveniently located right next to the bus office that we took, which made it really easy for us since we didn’t have to travel far with our luggage. the room was clean and comfortable, and one thing we really appreciated was that they provided netflix and youtube! not all hotels have this, so it was really nice to be able to relax and watch something after a long day. overall, we had a really pleasant stay here and would definitely recommend it, especially for those taking the bus nearby!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service: We truly enjoyed our short but very convenient stay at L'amant de Hanoi Hotel! The hotel was comfortable and made exploring Hanoi so easy and enjoyable. Cleanliness: Hotel location: One of its biggest advantages is its perfect location for anyone who wants to explore the Hanoi Old Quarter. Situated along one of the major streets, it provides convenient access to many of Hanoi's attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops. It is also within walking distance of Bun Cha Ta, personally my favorite Bun Cha restaurant in Hanoi and a Michelin-recognized establishment in 2025—definitely a must-try! Transport access: Another thing worth mentioning is that the hotel is conveniently located beside the HK Bus stop/office, which is especially helpful for travelers planning to continue their journey to Sa Pa. Overall, we had a wonderful and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, well-located hotel while exploring Hanoi!

We love everything about this hotel. Everyone should invest in a good resting place when you go to Hanoi Old Quarter. L’amant staffs is very accommodating, responsive, and hands on to give you the best service. We love this place. It has a good space and a nice amenities, and accessible to everything around the area.

Our experience with them is superb! Very comfortable, cozy, and very accessible to everything from food to tourist attractions, etc. All the staff are so accommodating and attentive to our needs too ❤️❤️❤️. Highly recommend to book this hotel when you go to Hanoi! They are amazing 100000/10.

One thing I really, really appreciated was how accommodating they were with our late check-in. We arrived at Hanoi airport around 1 AM, and because of the immigration queue, we didn’t get through until after 3 AM. They still waited for us and made sure we could check in without any issues, which we truly appreciated after such a long journey. The room was also really pretty and comfortable, and the AC worked really well. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was another big plus—it’s very convenient and close to Cafe Giang and lots of great cafes. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place!

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable—super convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Our room was spotless and extremely clean throughout our entire stay, but what really set this hotel apart was the incredible team. The staff are easily some of the friendliest and most helpful people we've encountered. They went above and beyond for us, even arranging to send our luggage directly to our next hotel so we didn't have to haul it around. That extra level of care made a world of difference. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Since I am so keen about cleanliness, this hotel gave me the expectation that I want. The lightings, the accessibility, and most especially the hospitality of the concierge. They can speak English well and they are so accommodating. And I am so relieved that the room is ready an hour before my check in time since I was so exhausted after my trip from Sapa with welcome tea and something to eat at the time you arrive. They have private service going to the airport only just a few bucks higher than grab, but at least you save a lot of hassle in my own perspective. The hotel is just few blocks from Cafe Giang, and lot more cafes in the area. Definitely will book again, highly recommended .
