within the heart of hanoi old quarter. near to almost everything like hoan kiem lake, food, souvenirs etc. entrance is a little bit narrow but nevermind since location is a plus! aesthetic waiting area.

Perfect location, it is very close to the souvenir shops and restaurants. Around 15mins walk to the train street. The amenities were just ok. The bed is not as comfortable as the other hotels have. They provide toiletries, but the towels were a little bit old. Receptionists are friendly and helpful.
