We loved our trip to Sapa. Everything went smoothly. We didn't have to worry about transportation, it was comfortable and always arrived on time. Since we were staying in the Old Quarter, a bus came to pick us up on the first day and then dropped us off directly at our hotel at the end. Our itinerary planner Huyen was kind and very helpful. It was easy to stay in touch with her via Whatasapp. We wanted to modify our itinerary so that we could have more time to walk around in the city of Sapa. Huyen planned the necessary adjustments to make it possible. Thanks to her, we got to do everything we wanted most in Sapa. Our tour guide (I'm sorry, we forgot her name) was really nice and funny and tought us interesting things about the local culture there. We recommend booking this tour. The price is reasonable for everything included in the package. Sapa is such a beautiful area. The views are truly stunning! We stayed at the KK Sapa Hotel, which is 6 minutes away on foot from the Moana cafe.

The variety of activities was excellent - climbing down a long flight of steps through Cat Cat Village to the waterfall, trekking while up close to the rice terraces of Lao Cai Village, and climbing about 300 metres up to Ham Rong (Dragon's Jaw) Mountain. To top it all, we took a cable car to the highest mountain in Indochina - Fansipan. We appreciated the lunch provided, which helped us to rest and recuperate.

We saw beautiful places, you have to be in very good phisycal condition for the tour, we enjoyed is so much. The lunch was lovely, a bit too much food for 2 person. Temperature can change one minute to the other. We were so lucky with the weather 😍

Sapa Unique hotel provided good quality service. Their room were well kept and meals were delicious. The transport company provided quality service in their skilful driving. Due to the recent typhoon Bualoi, it affected the weather in Sapa as well. Luckily, we managed to explore Cat cat village and went up to Fansipan. On the day of departure back to Hanoi, Sapa encountered landslide due to heavy rain that hindered most of the roads that go back to Hanoi in the morning. The helpful and kind boss from Sapa Unique Hotel - Mr Viet together with the staffs- Alice and Mie from SST Travel had helped and managed to send us back in the evening. The experienced driver managed to send us back to Hanoi safe and sound past midnight after a few hours of jam due to landslides and flood on the road. We were very grateful and hereby show our gratitude to their dedication and professionalism in their work. Thank you so much.😊🙏🏼. Will sure engage your service again and recommend to my friends.

we were picked up from our hotel in old quarter and the it was comfortable ride and the driver would stop for quick pee breaks. the hotel we stayed in was nice and clean. lunch was also provided in unique hotel where we would meet up for the tours. 1st day we visited catcat village and the tour guide were knowledgeable and very insightful. the next day we went to fansipan and took a nice long cable car ride. that day it was very cloudy and it was drizzling. after fansipan visit there was another tour of a village. my friends and i didt visit the village since it was pouring rain and we had to walk on dirt and we were not prepared for that and opted to just head back to hotel. last day we went up to hike ham rong mountain, the view from top was really nice and after hike lunch was provided then we head back to Hanoi.

Thumbs up to SST Travel, Alice for reaching out to us in advance with details of the trip; and responded speedily to all our queries. Kudos to lovely tour guide Chu whose warm disposition and professional service made our time in Sa Pa so memorable. Lunches provided at Unique Hotel allowed us to experience home-cooked Vietnamese meals. 4* accommodation at Highland Resort & Spa was comfortable, room was spacious; walking distance to Sa Pa town centre. Transport to/fro Sa Pa was comfortable with very cushy seats which made the 6 hr drive pleasant. Itinerary was well paced with ample time given in each place. Be prepared for a lot of walking (steps & stairs). Although it is mentioned trekking, only the route Ta Van Village-Lao Cai village is more rustic. Cat Cat is a tourism village with proper walkways (mainly stairs); Fansipan additional charges: cable car 800,000VND (return), funicular 150,000VND (1 way), Ham Rong Mountain (mainly stairs). 3D/2N is just nice for a Sa Pa experience.

Amazing tour. Worth every penny! They coordinated everything promptly in Whatsapp and were very flexible. Only some people who know how to speak English so use Google Translate. Grab is accessible for booking car rides. Weather changes frequently.

Our 3D2N Sapa tour was a great experience! On Day 1, we skipped the rice field tour and visited Moana Sapa and tried the alpine coaster on our own — both were worth it. Sapa is so beautiful, though the weather wasn’t ideal. It was foggy at Fansipan, and it rained during our Ham Rong hike, but the view of the town at the top was rewarding. Our guides for Cat Cat and Ham Rong was kind, patient, and informative. We stayed at Sapa Unique Hotel — the staff were helpful and the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops. Sapa is also lovely at night. The ride from Hanoi to Sapa was smooth, but the return trip was rough due to bad road conditions. Still, the trip was worth it. I’d love to return during better weather!

As expected, it was the best trip for 2 nights and 3 days. Pick-up was easy and the travel time was boring, but you can solve it with a bar, movie, or nap. When you arrive, the friendly staff at the country retro hotel will welcome you well. The local guide will take good care of you. When you go there, the couple and Nanbin Halong Bay City Tour was hard, but we healed with various activities and plenty of free time. I think 1 night and 2 days is not enough. I highly recommend 2 nights and 3 days. If you buy the Fansipan ticket through Klook, it is cheaper. Link it with cashback. The weather is a little less hot, but Fansipan is very cold. You should prepare well and go.
