The experience was truly the best experience in my life. The trip was very good. The food on the ship is very good. And of course, the service, the systematic and organized tour from Dragonfly Tour. This tour is very excellent and it is a great experience. Great food, great environment, and great service. I highly recommend the tour.

It is nice scenery in Halong Bay, really amazing. The food can be upgraded. Other than that, overall the trip is nice 👍

We took a day trip from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and were truly amazed by the natural beauty of Ha Long. It's definitely worth a visit. And thanks to our guide, Mr. Johny, for his dedication and enthusiasm throughout the trip.

Cada aspecto de la seguridad de las instalaciones, el ambiente general, la comida y la limpieza merece cinco estrellas. El baño, en particular, estaba tan limpio que se notaba el gran cuidado puesto en cada detalle. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar a todo el mundo.

Trung is een geweldige gids! Hij is vriendelijk, professioneel en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich altijd op zijn gemak voelt. Hij deelde interessante verhalen, gaf geweldige aanbevelingen en maakte de hele reis leuk en memorabel. Bedankt, Trung, voor je vriendelijkheid en positieve energie. Ik raad hem ten zeerste aan aan iedereen die Vietnam bezoekt!

The cruise is brilliant, and the crew are exceptional. Especially Dan (Mr. Anh), the cruise manager. He was very welcoming and made the trip special from start to finish. He made sure we were well looked after by the staff, and made the tours fun & factful. The tours did take you to the top spots around Ha Long Bay, but they were at popular times so expect queues! The food on the cruise was nice, and they were very good with making sure food fit dietary requirements. Dinner was the standout as a “set menu”, whilst lunch and Breakfast & Brunch were buffet style. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a lovely balcony to relax on. Only big negatives were WiFi wasn’t the best & the hot water in our shower wasn’t consistent. Would definitely recommend this cruise, even potentially come back again and do a few more days!!! It was a very satisfying trip. My child and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. It happened to be my child's birthday, and the surprise they arranged gave him a wonderful memory. The trip and the staff (Dan, Chan, James…) were all very nice. I will definitely choose Amanda again next time!

We loved everything about this cruise and would highly recommend it to our friends and family! It was our first time in Vietnam and the hospitality from the cruise staff was amazing! Special shout to Alice and Louis for taking care of us during this trip! The room was clean, modern and had all the amenities.
