The vehicle was a van, but the ride quality was surprisingly good. I expected a songthaew but arrived smoothly. I was the second to board and the last to get off. There was a separate driver. It took about 20-30 minutes, and we stopped briefly at a rest area. I didn't need to use the restroom, but a stranger in Thailand opened the van door, which startled me. The driver immediately came and stopped him. There was another tourist's child in the van, and they were scared too. It seems better to go with a group. At New Elephant Home, they provide a blue top, bottoms (optional, no cost), a hat, and flip-flops. There are about 20 elephants, and they explain about African and Asian elephants, and things to be careful of. There were also baby elephants and pregnant elephants. We fed them by slicing sugarcane and pumpkin, and also fed them tamarind, rice, and bananas. We received a cross-body bag for food and crossed on a raft to see the elephants. We spent a long time feeding them, and it was fun getting kisses from the elephants. The guide took great photos. We returned by raft. I think it was a canal connected to the Mekong River. The elephants were splashing in the water here, and we washed them nearby. After returning, we washed up briefly. There was a tap at a height suitable for washing legs, so we washed our legs and hands, and there was liquid soap nearby. The restrooms weren't bad. There was toilet paper and they were free. Towels were also provided. When bathing the elephants, they splash a lot, so it's good to bring a change of pants and underwear. Wearing flip-flops is also a good idea. Meals are included in the tour. It's served buffet style. There was water, Pad Thai, fried food, rice, soup, watermelon, and some kind of traditional Thai jelly. Other food seemed to be ordered separately, and coffee or Coca-Cola were extra. You have to expect to get dirty with mud from touching and feeding the elephants. Since elephants are vegan (?), their droppings don't smell, just like the smell of the countryside without fertilizer, haha. It was fun. I was the only Korean. I know that many Koreans go to Rang Khong? I actually felt more comfortable with people from other countries, and everyone was polite, which made it even better. Group size: Today, approximately 4+2+3+1+1 = 11 people. Guide: Achin was playful and kind. He will send photos later. Breaks: There were more breaks than expected, such as rest stop time, before waiting for the raft, and after bathing and changing clothes before lunch. I recommend the tour. It was fun.

Aside from the slightly older shuttle vehicle, the entire trip was very satisfying. Although the supplier doesn't contact you again before the trip, the driver arrived on time for hotel pickup. We experienced heavy afternoon rain, but still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. Remember to advise tourists to wear swimsuits (because you'll be bathing elephants in the river) or shorts and sandals, and to definitely bring rain gear and a change of clothes! Then you can enjoy the whole process! At 1:00 PM, hotel pickups begin. At 1:30 PM, we depart for about an hour's drive. At 2:30 PM, you can store your belongings in lockers (locks provided), followed by an explanation and preparation of food for feeding the elephants. At 3:00 PM, you'll feed the elephants, take photos, walk with the elephants, take photos in the forest, play in the mud with the elephants, and bathe and take photos with the elephants in the river. At 4:15 PM, you'll be shuttled to the restaurant for a buffet meal (fried rice, fried chicken nuggets, fruit, soup). At 5:00 PM, we begin the return journey, arriving at the old city at 6:00 PM for drop-offs back to individual hotels.

We had a great time on our Chiang Rai day tour! 🩵 The trip was well-organized, enjoyable, and very informative. Our guide (Raine) was friendly and knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about the history and culture of each place we visited. The temples were beautiful, and everything was explained clearly without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a memorable experience and definitely worth it. Highly recommended! ✨

Such an amazing tour with an amazing tour guide, his name is James. Very informative, open to lots of questions, made sure we are comfortable and suggested more places to visit to fully enjoy Chiang Mai. James is a highly recommended tour guide. He is calm and always have a big smile on his face. Will surely book this tour again if ever i visit again with ny family.

The driver was very nice, and the overall trip was reliable. The Sticky Waterfalls are located in a forest park in Northern Thailand. The rocks of the waterfall are an amazing grayish-white with a bluish tint! The water is cool, and you can interact closely with nature as you climb up!

Our tour guide M was very kind and dedicated, switching between Chinese and English to cater to everyone in the group. Before the trip, pay attention to the travel agency's messages. They will email you again the day before departure to confirm the meeting time, which in my case was different from the time given at booking. The car arrived very punctually. 8:50 Chiang Rai Hot Spring: The foot bath was super hot, you could only dip your feet in briefly. 9:20 Long Neck Village: There's a cafe on a high spot next to the parking lot, offering distant views. The owner couldn't communicate much in English, so double-check your order. 11:30-12:40 White Temple (Wat Rong Khun): Amazingly beautiful, and the route design is very meaningful. No photos are allowed inside the main hall. 12:50 Lunch: Buffet style, with freshly scooped noodle soup, various Thai desserts, and sweet fruits. 13:50-14:30 Blue Temple (Wat Rong Seur Ten): You can take photos with the large Buddha statue at the Blue Temple. Outside the temple, there's a row of shops where you can buy souvenirs and snacks. 14:50-15:30 Black Temple (Baan Dam Museum): The private collection of an artist, with a unique style. 16:30-17:40 Golden Triangle Park (optional boat trip 300/person). We returned to Nimman Road at 22:00, an hour later than the scheduled 21:00. Luckily, I had snacks with me. The streetlights along the route were quite far apart. I recommend that those who get motion sickness take medication beforehand, as the mountain roads there are not very smooth. Although it ended very late, the tour guide remained energetic throughout, providing excellent service.

My mum and I really enjoyed the full-day White & Blue Temple Cultural Tour. It was a wonderful experience with good service and the guide explained the culture and history very well. We learned a lot and truly enjoyed the whole trip.

The tour unfortunately started a bit out of the way, which I found a bit of a shame. Otherwise, I am absolutely thrilled. The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and explained a lot. He also answered questions promptly. He made a special effort to integrate everyone into the group and gave us tips and information. The temples were also breathtaking, and I don't regret doing it. To top it off, our tour guide also gave us mini pineapples.

I really loved this guided tour experience! 🌳🤍 Satin led us to the submerged trees in Chiang Mai, and along the way, she didn't just take us to the sights; she also thoughtfully introduced us to the history, surrounding environment, and many little facts we might not have noticed on our own. You could tell Satin is very passionate about this place; she was very serious when sharing information and willing to answer our questions. During the tour, she even proactively helped us find good photo angles and spots, allowing us to capture many photos we love 📷. Before we set off, Satin also carefully reminded us of things to pay attention to during the trip. The entire journey was meticulously planned, and being with her gave us a great sense of security. Moreover, Satin is truly very friendly. Besides guiding us, she also shared a lot about local life in Chiang Mai and recommended activities worth experiencing. There was absolutely no sense of distance; it felt less like traveling with a tour guide and more like meeting a new friend in Chiang Mai, which is what made this trip so special for us.
