Passeio em Chiang Rai: Templo Branco, Templo Azul, Museu da Casa Negra e fontes termais

We are to meet at 6:50 PM near the parking lot at the back exit of One Nimman Shopping Center. Do not go outside the parking lot; keep walking further inside toward the exit direction of the parking lot. Because I couldn't find the meeting place in the picture, I walked all around the main street of One Nimman Shopping Town. The White Temple is a combination of Buddhism and contemporary art, and even though I am not a Buddhist, I had things to learn. It is very vast, so there are many places to take pictures. They say you are not allowed to take photos inside the White Temple. We had lunch at a restaurant near the White Temple. After about a 30-minute car ride, we went to the Blue Temple. It is said to have been newly built by a disciple who helped construct the White Temple, but its scale is smaller. The Baandam Museum (Black House) showcases the artistic world of Thawan Duchanee, an artist from Chiang Rai. It is grotesque. Using motifs like animal skins, bones, and hides, it strongly portrays the themes of life and death. The guide, Alisa, explained the temples very seriously and calmly, making them easy to understand. The driver, Mr. La, was also kind and drove comfortably for a long time. You must definitely buy the cocoa sticky rice ice cream at the Blue Temple. It is an exotic, delicious, and healthy natural ice cream. At the Black Museum, I received and ate something like a mini pineapple called Patta, and it was very refreshing and delicious. I recommend the Chiang Rai day tour as a one-day course.

Our tour guide, P'Sing, was excellent. He provided detailed explanations in both English and Chinese and was also very skilled at taking photos for the group, working quickly and with great experience, which allowed us to capture beautiful memories. We visited the White Temple, Blue Temple, and Black House. For lunch, he took us to a buffet restaurant where the price was 150 baht per person, and the environment was very clean. Although the journey was a bit long, seeing the beautiful scenery made it well worth the trip. The driver was also very kind, helping us open car doors and adjust seats. We also received complimentary bottled water and small pineapples in the car. This itinerary is quite good, and I recommend it for first-time visitors to Chiang Mai.

Amazing trip with an amazing tour guide and driver! This tour was so worth the money and time because all of the temples were unlike any of the ones we’ve seen in Thailand. Our tour guide, P. Sing was really helpful in taking photos of our group and provided great insights about each and every temple. He even gave free mini pineapples for our group! 100% would recommend.

Excellent experience, we were lucky enough to be the only ones on the tour that day, so it was like having a private guide and driver. Our guide P'sing was very kind and attentive at all times, and very good at taking photos. We would definitely repeat and recommend this tour. The van we were transported in was always very clean and the driver drove very well throughout the journey. They recommended the Blue Coconut to us and the flavor was spectacular. P'sing gave us some small, very delicious pineapples to eat.

The tour unfortunately started a bit out of the way, which I found a bit of a shame. Otherwise, I am absolutely thrilled. The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and explained a lot. He also answered questions promptly. He made a special effort to integrate everyone into the group and gave us tips and information. The temples were also breathtaking, and I don't regret doing it. To top it off, our tour guide also gave us mini pineapples.

This was a joint tour using a 9-seater limousine bus. We met only the guide in the parking lot and had a safe and fulfilling trip. Both the White Temple and the Blue Temple are impressive sights, and I highly recommend visiting them. Our guide, P's Sing, was very kind and showed us the best photo spots and how to take pictures at each location, which was great. If you go to the Blue Temple, try the coconut ice cream. It's reasonably priced and delicious, perfectly matching the Blue Temple's aesthetic. Even though it's a tourist spot, I was impressed that there was no price gouging at the makeshift stalls or shops for food, drinks, or water nearby (iced water 10 baht, can of Coke 20 baht, coconut ice cream 45 baht...). The sun in Chiang Rai is really intense. Be sure to bring a hat with a brim or a parasol.

I highly recommend TTD Global for tours! Other travel agencies combine different tour groups, which wastes a lot of time waiting for each other, but this company doesn't! Everyone on the same vehicle is on the same tour, so be sure to check beforehand. P.SING is a very thoughtful and professional guide. The day's itinerary was very comfortable, not too rushed, and he was great at timing things so we could enjoy each attraction before the crowds arrived. He provided detailed explanations and introductions, and took us to experience local food and drinks 🍦. Listen to the guide, and the spots they designate are the best for photos! Lunch was on our own, but I recommend following the guide's suggestion to eat at the buffet on the second floor opposite the White Temple. It's only $150 per person, the dining environment is comfortable, and the food selection is rich! You can also enjoy the White Temple view while eating, which is fantastic 👍🏻. The driver was very skilled. Some parts of the journey were bumpy, but it wasn't overly shaky. He was also very considerate. The car was very luxurious, comfortable, and clean, and even provided mineral water, cold wet wipes, and small pineapple snacks. Thank you both for making our Chiang Rai day trip so enjoyable ✨.

Tuvimos como guía turístico a PSingh y al conductor Peanut. El viaje fue muy largo, pero Peanut condujo con seguridad a cada lugar y siempre encendió el aire acondicionado para nosotros, ya que hacía mucho calor. Mientras tanto, PSingh fue educado, muy informativo y nos dio una historia detallada de los templos. Es un muy buen fotógrafo, ya que cada foto que tomó nos sorprendió, a pesar de que estábamos sudando y era difícil abrir los ojos bajo el calor. This is one of my favorite experiences when I went to Chiang Mai! It was a long journey going to the White Temple BUT it was SO WORTH IT! The other stops were stunning as well. It was a day of appreciating art. Our tour guide was also amazing - we were a small group of four people and she made sure we got to the best spots. Highly recommended. 💗

Khun Sing gave us such a nice tour. It was our family's first time going to Chiang Rai and he took such good care of us. We were a bit pressed for time because we had to go back to Chiang Mai, but overall the trip was worth it. We were able to travel to many places.
