I booked the 2-hour scrub and oil massage course this time. The salon had a very oriental feel, and the tea during the consultation was delicious. The treatment was thorough and gentle, and I was very satisfied. My skin became moist and smooth, and the excess swelling was gone, which was wonderful. The tea and sweets I received afterward were very tasty, so I bought some to take home. I'm sure there are many salons in Chiang Mai, but I'm glad I chose this one.

We booked the Siam Herbal Spa package through Klook and experienced the herbal compress hot pack for the first time. My husband and I still prefer Thai massage and aromatherapy massage. Both of our masseurs were excellent; my husband's male masseur had strong hands, which he really enjoyed. Our room had three beds, so even though our child didn't get a massage, they could lie down and rest. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was too cold, and we felt very chilly when sitting for our massages without a towel covering us. The drinks and snacks provided by the spa were delicious. This massage shop also has a cafe, so if we have the chance to visit again, we'd love to enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea after our massage.

I was told that this is one of the upper market range spas in town. It’s worth it though! Beautiful peaceful setting. Fah Lanna takes great care of you - I liked that the pre-session form included an illustration of the human body and we could mark out areas to avoid, areas to focus on, and areas to be careful with. Apple, my therapist, paid attention to this detail and did the massage accordingly. She was also observant - turning up the air con temperature when she felt my hands getting cold without me asking. The cold towels smell great too!

Fah Lanna is the perfect treat-yourself experience, and my most recent visit did not disappoint. From the welcoming check-in where I chose my desired services, to the delicious drink and treat before my 3-hour treatments began, to the zen ambiance throughout the spa that makes you forget you're in the middle of a city, everything was perfect. Then, the woman Pu, who did my foot and Thai massage, was truly the best part of the experience. She was kind, listened to the desired intensity of the massage, and one of the best massages I have ever had in my life came from this lovely woman. I would go out of my way to request Pu on my next trip to Fah Lanna!

This massage parlor has an extravagant exterior, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. The rosella tea and cold towel offered at the beginning were very relaxing. The rooms are for two people and have private toilets, which is a big plus. The massage technique was also good. The only thing I didn't like was being led to a very Chinese-style shop to enjoy the post-massage refreshments (I personally felt it was too commercialized). Other than that, it was a great experience.

The service was excellent. I had a massage scheduled on my birthday 💆🏻‍♂️, and to my surprise, after the massage, when I was having refreshments, they suddenly brought out a cake with candles lit. I was genuinely surprised and touched by their thoughtfulness 💙💙💙
